So I went to Tire Outlet since it was a rainy Saturday afternoon and they took a while getting to my car in the beginning, but they fixed the flat as I watched like a hawk to make sure they didn't scratch my rim, and then, 15 minutes to closing time, I asked them if I could bring in my other car. They said yes, so I brought it in and they fixed the flat in 10 minutes. Don't go here, I went here 1.5 years ago to get my breaks changed. After the breaks were changes they seemed to squeak. I went back they took care of it and happy ever after... NOT! I just got new breaks today because my car was making a loud scratching noise when I stopped. I needed to get new rosters because they were ruined as well. What happened was when I went back 1.5 years ago they bent back the metal that warns you your breaks are running low. Stay away!!!! read more

This place is a mess, I took in my car for a hose replacement and ended up with a bunch of sensors lit up. they denied causing these problems and the man Joseph gets very rude and defensive once he slides ur Debit/credit card, This place does not have certified Mechanics or a master mechanics in there shop. (tireoutlet) They had carlos who left the establishment to start his own to continue great work. I had a horrible experience with THIS Tire Outlet. I took my car in for 2 new tires, when I dropped it off it had no vibrations or shaking. I had just put 4 new rims on my car 6 months before this. They told me to come back in 4 hours. When I came back my car was sitting on jack stands with 2 wheels off it. We asked what was going on and they said that I had a flat-spot in my rim(just on the inside lip), they showed me it and said they would put it on the right rear. When I drove off, the bent rim was rubbing so bad it made extremely loud clunking sounds. I took it back and they told me they would HAMMER the flat-spot out. I told them not to because I wanted to see how my car drove with the bent rim on the front (where that rim was when I brought it in), well they did and I drove it. It drove completely different. It had horrible vibrations. So I explained that my car didn't do this before and they just continued to tell me it was my fault they had nothing to do with it, BUT they were willing to send it off to a rim shop to get fixed. If they had nothing to do with it why would they be willing to pay for another shop to fix it? Not only did that happen but after they pulled the rim off again another flat-spot (on the inside lip but on the opposite side of the other one) appeared and a gouge in the outside where my rim had once been free of scratches or any marks. So all-in-all they kept my car for 3 days, found 2 flat-spots (that i don't believe were there before), and put scratches in all of my black rims. I talked to the guy who was in charge of my car and his response was "Well it's not a show car", this is the point my rims were brand new with no scratches or anything. Then he raised his voice and this started the argument in which he kept going to my boyfriend to try to talk to. This guy was completely sexist and trying to take advantage of an "unknowing" girl, he picked on the wrong girl. read more

So I came here couple months ago to do my oil change and I took my own oil and my own oil filter. Couple days ago I did my own oil change again, and I came to find out that they didn't use my Mobil 1 oil filter I had provided them. Instead I find a cheap champ oil filter. And most likely they didn't use the Mobil 1 motor oil I provided them with. I won't be giving them my money anymore. I had my exhaust and header installed here couple months ago. Hope the owner of the place reads this and sees what kind of workers he has. And I'm pretty sure they know who I am. I drive the galaxy grey civic SI. I called them and asked if they would remove my lug nut, they said bring it over, once I got there the rude manager told me that they were closing in 30 minutes and they were not gonna do it, the guy told me he had time to do it and would take 2 minutes but the manager said no. I went here to install two front tires on my Audi A4. They were quick even though I didn't have an appointment. The installers ended up messing up 2 of my TPMS sensors. The manager, Carlos, brought it to my attention immediately and said that he was going to order new sensors and replace them free of charge since it was their fault. I had to wait a bit but he eventually didn't charge me at all for the tire mounting due to the additional wait time. I am definitely going here again. read more

The worst shop ever!!!!! Came in to do my brakes, pricey was a bit high but needed it. When I got my car back for about a week they seem good the next week I could hear a squeaky noise coming from Both back brakes so I took it in and they tell me that the brakes were not tight, ok problem solved drove it for about two weeks and then again same noise all over again. Finally took it in again and they tell me that the rowters r done and they will add new ones. Ok am happy problem solve. Yet going in for the second time seems too unprofessional employees that can't do the job correct. Last time going to this shop. read more

This is my second time here and a review is long overdue. I brought my car in last year when the tires kept losing pressure. The two shops I went to kept assuring me nothing was wrong but Arjay at Tire Outlet was very thorough. He checked all the wheels and took one off to show me where a nail had punctured through. He then patched it for a reasonable fee. The same thing happened this week and since I'd forgotten where Tire Outlet was, I got another mechanic to look at my car. Again, I was told nothing was wrong. I knew I had to find Tire Outlet so I drove along Alum Rock until I found the shop! It was a longer wait than promised but they were polite and thorough as usual. I had to cancel a lunch appointment in order to get my tire fixed but I didn't mind as I knew Tire Outlet would find the problem. What made up for it was they waived my fee because they felt bad for making me wait! I really appreciate the great customer service and have saved their address on my phone so I can get new tires from them in the future! read more

I am very very mad and disappointed at this shop. A Chinese old Male clerk with glasses was outrage, raciest, sex discrimination, rude, don't understand customer's needs because maybe I am a woman with color. Beware of this shop who hires ignorant like him. I wish I gave them X mark on their foreheads or none star. I called this shop and specified a tire size and he said he has it so come by in 30 mins. Mean while he will send someone to get the tire for me from their warehouse and it takes an 1 hr but I arrived there 45 minutes after I spoke with him. I waited almost an hr there and this Chinese guy came to me said something happened to my tire but he can go somewhere to get the tire for me and he said it only takes him 25 mins to go get the tire, so i allowed him. I waited almost 40 mins more and he showed up. before they mounted my tire I just wanted to check the tire that I wanted but I was the wrong tire!!! I waited almost 2 hrs and 20 mins and he mounted a wrong tire??!! I freaked out so I told him this is not the tire I asked for but he said you dont understand about the tires .. blah blah.. but then refused his responsibility and he said "i will put your old tire back and just leave, what the heck, you wasted my freaking 2 & half mins and you want me to leave?!! I did not have any choice so I took the wrong tire and left to my job interview. He ruined my interview and my day. DON'T GO TO THIS SHOP EVER! read more

Was told, after checking the brakes that we still had at least 40% brakes and in their opinion, did not brakes at this time. Stay away from this business. Took four aluminum wheels in to the store in order to have new tires installed. At the time of drop off, it was pointed out to the shop that there was no previous damage to these wheels and to be carefull with them. Upon picking up the tires and wheels, it was noticed that two of the wheels had been damaged by the mounting machine. When brought to their attention, I was told it was curb damage. When tried to discuss it further with the Operation Executive, Joseph Lynn, he left the store and I was told to talk to the Service Advisor, Carlos Martinez. I got nowhere with this shop and would not do business with them again. Obviously they do not stand by their work and have no interest in customer satisfaction. I advise that you stay away. read more
