Long story short, while on a road trip we had a tire with a slow leak. They, despite being busy, were able to fit us in. They checked the tire, patched it (thankfully!), and even ran some diagnostics for us. The service level was wonderful and really gave us good piece of mind to get us back on the road. We have been coming to our Tire Kingdom for many years. Have always been treated with respect, even when the shop is busy. Today we had our vehicle battery replaced as it was going bad. Was also told we was due an oil change and the a/c condensation hose needed cleaning. Was then told the oil did not need to be changed. Was given option of batteries available for our vehicle (sealed battery) and they cleaned the condensation hose at no cost. We were happy as can be as we saved over $100 that they could have gotten us for. This is not the first time where we saved money on services over the 15+ years that we been coming to Tire Kingdom and its a reason why we only use Tire Kingdom for our vehicle needs. Got a flat downtown at night, and had to have it towed after everyone was already closed. This Tire Kingdom was the closest to my home in Windermere. AAA towing left the car in their lot, and the keys in their dropbox. Jason was incredibly helpful, even though it was pretty busy. Cost to replace both front tires was very reasonable. We visited this location in Dr. Phillips recently and found Jason Boulanger to be quite helpful and informative on the right tires for our vehicle. Searching all the websites such as tire rack, Tires/plus, Firestone, Costco, and Discount tire was quite overwhelming. We were shopping for the best price/value, and the best quality tire for the money. However, since we're not experts, we were considering options that were not recommended. I would recommend to go into tire kingdom to get the options narrowed down to a couple of options. The waiting room at Tire Kingdom is very clean and modern and their prices are comparable to everyone else. Most tire installment companies do have a price match guarantee. If your tire is over five years old and you typically drive in the extremely hot climate of Florida, it is not recommended you continue to use your Tires past five years (no matter what low mileage you have). We had very low mileage on our tires, but as they were six years old they had dry rot and were not safe to drive on. Also, be careful not to overspend on extremely high quality/performance tires that you don't need in which they will end up being replaced after five years and with lower mileage count. Had the tires that were ordered installed today. We just dropped the car off when they opened and returned later in the early afternoon. Don't expect a real quick turnaround as replacing the tires will require the process of installing, balancing, and realigning your car for safety. Ours was way out of alignment, so we're very glad we went in for New tires. Jason was very informative, professional, and friendly. He even checked our 2007 Volvo, which has just the start of a minute amount of dry rot (but, the tire's treadwear was really pronounced and still very safe). Jason suggested we just have them checked every so often just to ensure safety; but, they did not require replacements. Very honest and great information as he showed me where to find the date of your tires. Really great experience at this Dr. Phillips Tire Kingdom location. I will recommend to family and friends. By the way, the tires that were recommended and installed for our car are Michelin's. I'm so happy we went with this recommendation from Jason as the Michelin's on our 2007 are 10 years old and still in good shape. The original installed tires fee replaced were Pirellis and lasted just 6 years. Great advice. read more

This is the most DISHONEST & INCOMPETENT tire shop I have ever been to. After purchasing 4 tires for a cost of $2k, they KNOWINGLY scratched and gouged out all 4 rims that are black gloss powder coated. After picking my car up, i pointed out to them all the damage; I had to come back at another time to report this to the general manager George. Apparently they scratch rims very frequently & had me go to their partner ,Olympitts rim repair shop across town to supposedly take care of the scratched powder coated rims. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately they are as dishonest as Mavis, Olympits thought I would not notice but they only spray painted over the scratches on the rims. When I confronted Olympitts, he claimed Mavis did not authorize to powder coat the rims at all, only spray paint. I also contacted Mavis customer service, filed a report with them. Takes forever just to speak with someone if you're at the location. I've left with a nail in my tire because of this place. Barley any parking to begin with, so make sure you get there early enough. I have nothing but positive to say about the store. My BF introduced me to Tire Kingdom a few years ago. He and his family had used them for all their cars. I have met some excellent workers who have gone out of their way to try to help us with our vehicles. I drive a BMW and my son drives a Toyota Camry. I have no issues taking either to my TK This is my neighborhood Tire Kingdom and I like those who work here. It is sad that many are not patient or unable to adapt to our new reality. COVID-19 has affected every industry across the board. Many places are functioning at half staff while adapting to stringent requirements from the authorities. AVOID THIS LOCATION... Brought car in for the third time for the sensors not working correctly. I called the sensor manufacturer about the issue, and they provided their direct line for the TK tech to call while the car was in the bay to resolve the issue. The TK store clerk called and said the sensors needed to be "re-learned" and they want to charge $187. I again mentioned calling the Tech Department to get the issue resolved, but he refused. read more

I originally went to the Tire Kingdom on OBT to get my car serviced for new brake pads and they returned my car with issues that weren't there prior to dropping the car off. I left and decided that the car wasn't safe to drive and wanted to go to a different location. I spoke to Michael on the phone and he was super understanding and told me to bring the car in and that they were going to see if they could fix the issues. I want to thank the whole staff at this location for not taking advantage of me (because of my age/gender) and explaining everything thoroughly to me. We where traveling and needed the car checked out before leaving they opened up at 7am so we got there at little after 7am and it seemed as though everyone was still sleep and in a bad mood I had my husband go in while In first while I got my daughter out the car seat and when I came in he still was just standing there he said no one had greeted him or said anything.I stood beside and I was in total shocked how the worker acted as if we wasn't even there.no eye contact no I'll be with you just one moment.we waited while we watched him check papers off another employee came from the back same thing.I ended up interrupting a conversation he had with a customer after stating she had to have a appointment and would be waiting all day if she didn't .He basically confirmed the same thing with me so we walked out after waiting more then 10 minutes. read more

I'm going to start this review off with that I am giving a one star because you can't put any lower than that. I started off with requesting for my tire to be patched since I had a nail in it on Friday (10/13). I was told that it would take a while since they were busy, which I was okay with so I left my car in their care. I call later to find out the status of my car and at first they sounded a bit confused on what I was asking about. I was then told my ticket was misplaced and basically my car has just been sitting there. Christian helped me out though and noticed that the nail was on the sidewall, therefore needed to be patched. He ordered a tire for my car and said it may or may not be able to make it on Saturday (10/14). If the tire was unavailable they had a similar option for me to have. I was fine with either tire, because I needed it to get home as I'm not from Orlando. I was told to call Saturday and I was perfectly fine with that. Saturday comes (10/14) and I call in the morning and explain to the employee, Mike, about the tire situation. He checks and he says that the tire just needs to be delivered, but that my car will de done that day and they'll call me. Later on I didn't get a call, so I called them to check on my car. Mike answers and he ends up telling me that the tire won't even come in until Monday. I was shocked and said I needed my car by Sunday morning and asked them to just use the tire that was similar to the ones I have already. He said okay, but they will have it done most likely by 11-12 pm. They open at 9 am. I was asking if I could please have my car earlier and he said he'll leave a note to do it asap. My friend with me on the trip ended up calling them because we were stressed about not getting my car in time. We couldn't take it to other places because they were closed, so we were desperate to just have my tire changed. Mike answered and ended up having a bit of an attitude with my friend and said they'll try to do it "as fast as humanly possible" and told her he won't be working Sunday (10/15), so that we should call in the morning. Sunday morning I called directly at 9 and Mike answered (who said he wasn't going to be working). He then proceeded to ask what car and when I mentioned it he asked for my name and number, as if I haven't been speaking to him multiple times the past couple days. He then told me to wait for Christian to call me as he originally helped me and that Christian would be in the office soon. 10 minutes later I get no call and I call them asking for Christian. He's not in yet. 40 minutes pass by and I still get no call, which made me call again just to be told he's not in yet. I just asked mike to please just have my tire changed, as I was sure I didn't need Christian there for it to be done. Again he told me to wait and the call ended. My 2 guests and I had to check out our hotel and we had no where to put our luggage, so we ubered to tire kingdom. When we were almost to tire kingdom, I finally get a call and Christian was on the phone. He asks what's going on and I explain the whole situation, prompting him to say he'll get the tire done right away. We arrive and wait in the store in the lobby and Christian greeted us kindly. They start changing my tire finally and I learn that Christian doesn't change the tire himself. So why did I need to wait for him 2 hours after they opened for my tire to be changed (sorry if I sound rude)? It took them 20-30 minutes to do my tire. Why did my car have to be there so long? I paid and we finally leave. The thing I wasn't satisfied with is that I had to call every time to check on my car and they never called me once to explain anything. Also when they found out the tire wasn't coming until Monday, they didn't call me or notify me at all. I would've told them to do the other tire instead. There was poor communication and it felt a bit unprofessional. Christian if you see this, thank you and I appreciate you. You were the only redeeming quality about this business. read more

Liars and Grifters I bought my tires at the Tire Kingdom in SODO Orlando. My tires were due for a rotation. I have about 25000 miles on these tires that I paid a lot of money for. I received a call that the front two tires needed replacing as they were "shredded" however "You bought the warranty which is great and I can apply that and put the two new ones on for $1000". I went to the shop and asked to see the shredded tires. I was told again "You have a great warranty and with the remainder of the warranty I can put the tires on for you in the next 30 minutes" I again asked to see the shredding. We went to my car and I was asked "Can you see the bulging" "No I replied and neither can I see the shredding" "Well bulging and shredding are the same thing and your great warranty allows us to replace those tires right now" "Let me get a second opinion" I said and I left the shop feeling that I was being grifted. I took my car to the Chevy dealer and asked for a tire rotaion as well as my oil change. Report on the tires, tread still green and condition good! Do not visit this Tire Kingdom store they are Liars and Grifters! Anyone reading this should be aware of their shady practices.
