I ordered some new tires from tirerack.com and this was their recommended service shop that I had my tires sent to be installed. The customer service agent there was nice and everything seemed fine, but then he came back in after 30 minutes with paperwork showing all sorts of stuff that they recommended that I needed to change beyond my two old tires. They said my front tires were 7 years old and needed to change asap, my brake fluid needed to be flushed, rear struts were bad, front shocks were bad, battery was bad, etc. I had just returned from a two week trip out of town and my car started just fine and I was pretty sure my front tires were still good so this seemed pretty suspect. They also said I needed an alignment. Thankfully, Pinecrest Automotive is close to this shop so I took my car over there for a second opinion since Mike is a straight shooter. He looked at my front tires and said "those don't need to be replaced, they have another year or two of tread on them. No alignment needed just rotate them on your next oil change". As I figured this is a super scammy shop trying to take advantage of naive customers. Avoid like the plague, they should also be reported to the better business bureau. read more

I came in for a new tire and quickly found myself being up-sold on a set of four run-flats, which came at a significantly higher cost. My total bill, including the alignment and installation, was $2,468.40. At no point--not during the sales pitch, the checkout process, or the installation--did a single employee mention a critical company policy: Tire Choice does not repair run-flat tires. Less than three weeks later, I got a flat. I drove straight back to the service center that had just taken thousands of dollars from me, expecting them to stand behind the product they sold. I was promptly informed they would refuse to help because their "company policy prohibits fixing run-flats." Let me be perfectly clear: They aggressively recommended and sold me expensive tires while deliberately concealing the fact that they are prohibited (by their own internal policy) from performing the most basic follow-up maintenance on those very tires. They profited massively from the sale but immediately shirked all responsibility for the service. This isn't just poor customer service; it's blatant financial deception. Customer service needs improvement. The mechanic who offered to worked on the car was great-- friendly and knowledgeable. Perhaps adding more service employees that work on cars would be helpful. However, waiting 2 hours to get a tire patched (patching a tire takes 10-15 minutes) is ridiculous to me. If you have 4-5 hours to spend waiting for a tire fix then by all means, come on over. Absolutely horrible. All I needed was a simple tire to be patched. I called in advance to book an appointment at 12:30, upon arrival it took 15min for someone at the front to attend me. I was told even though I had an appointment I wouldn't be helped for a couple hours and they didn't have an estimated time of when I'd be helped for a simple patch! Manager had an attitude like it was my fault he was busy and couldn't help me for an appointment I booked an hour in advance! Anyways terrible experience will never go back here. If you're the type that enjoys their time being wasted then by all means come here! read more

Did a terrible oil change!!!! My oil is leaking everywhere ! I nearly burnt out my engine because of them. Quality is trash and value is horrific. They didn't place the lid of my oil on correctly. Thank god I noticed my whole driveway leaking oil before it burnt out my engine. read more

A TIRE SHOP THAT DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO MOUNT TIRES. I made an appointment online for a set a 4 tires, that they had at a discounted price online because of a $100 rebate. I arrived at my scheduled time and was told they didn't have my tires in stock, they told me they can order a different pair tires for me. The tires they ordered were a cheaper/less expensive but the overall price was more expensive because there was no rebate. I felt ripped off. When I picked up my car from the shop I took it home only to realize that my rear passenger tire has the words "this side facing inwards". I took my car back to have the issue corrected and was told that it didn't matter because the tread was the same. It also appears none of the tires were balanced correctly. I would not recommend this shop. I will be finding a new tire shop. One that can mount and balance tires correctly. One that will not oversell me on cheap tires. read more

ordered a brand new tire from Tire Rack and had it delivered to the Tire's Choice at NE 82 and Biscayne Blvd. because they said they could not find the tire I needed. it's unknown why since I found the tire in 2 mins on tire rack. I ordered the brand new tire and confirmed the tire was delivered and made an appt to have it installed when they told me the car was ready-I went and looked at the tire and it was obvious it wasn't a new tire. when I told this to the guy-he said "hey-it's a new tire". I pointed out the wear and tear and he said "look-it's a new tire. the date is 06/2023". the day we had this discussion was 2/27/25 I was dumbfounded and said "it's a two year old tire-it's not new. his reply is that he didn't know what to tell me-that they weren't responsible for what tire the third party sent I then asked for my old tire. that's when the fraud they tried to perpetrate was up "oh -so sorry. After waiting an hour and a half before leaving at one shop and getting turned down at another because they're "not allowed to work on Pirelli tires," I decided to try Tire Choice because of all the good reviews. All I can say is they exceeded my expectations. I called and spoke with Manny this morning to see if they had time to fix my tire and he told me I could come in right away. Got my 2010 Toyota Prius's tires replaced. Should have mentioned that they have mechanics that don't know that the physical gear shift bounces back into place after shifting into D or R. Anyway I get my car back and the gear shift does not bounce back into place like it used to and the handle is twisted. It only takes an ounce of pressure to move it. I know that the gear shift has been messed with possibly jammed into R or D or forcibly pressed. This has happened before with people trying to park my car but then I was in the passenger seat telling them to stop it. Then I call the center and the person in charge says "we deal with priuses all the time" then I asked him why the mechanic sat in my car so long and he said he was trying to reset the tire pressure light which just proves my point because the tire pressure light is still on! If you dealt with priuses all the time you would know how to reset the light or could have googled it. Just sat in my car filling it with your nice mechanic smell for nothing. read more

I came in here in a huge rush to get my tire fixed as it had a screw in it that was still leaking. I saw Jason in the front office and he was very attentive. He told me to bring the car around and that he would get it done ASAP. My tire was done in about 20 minutes. Felt like five. My tire came out perfect and the light is no longer On Warning. I took my small suv for oil change $91 later that's all they did!!! They said the tires rotated and the car had a full inspection NOT TRUE !! Tires were NOT moved they said my brakes were good and the brakes the pads are worn to the metal , I'm upset that I send my daughter to do me the favor and since she's a kid they take advantage .
