When he left our kitchen our cooker was like new. Mr Oxtaby was punctual, helpful and efficient. He left no mess. We were so pleased we discussed when to phone him for the next clean. Came to my home and cleaned my double oven, during the process he said something had tripped and caused a spark, I turned the fuse back on and he continued to clean the oven. The next time I came to use that oven the thermostat wasnt working properly and cooked everything at 220 degrees I contacted him and explained what had happened he denied this had happened and said the oven must have been faulty in the first place.
