I've been trying to find a new salon for weeks and I scored big time. What caught my attention was a banner saying that Monday-Thursday you get a spa mani and pedi with free foot scrub for only $20! That sold me and I walked in happily I got Michelle and she was such a sweetheart. My foot scrub and foot massage was so relaxing and my pedicure was perfectly done. Unlike most salons, they massage your hands with oil Instead of lotion and it felt so soothing and made my hands and arms sparkle. My manicure was perfect and my nails were all the same length Though my design on my finger was not bad, it was decent. Paid 40 dollars for their "organic nail powder". The man who did my nails was an unqualified brute . My nails are thick ugly square . I never complain I just don't return , but after hearing my coworkers comment on how cheap and ghetto this nail job is . I decided to return , upon on my arrival the man the did my nails greeted and I told him why I was there ... after waiting over 20 minutes the owner of the salon filed my nails to a half decent shape and told me she could do nothing to fix and told me that she would fix once I returned for a fill . I paid a total of 62 dollars for nails and a pedicure ! I have never been treated so disrespectful!!! What a horrible place !! Owner should check every nail job this guy does ! I am so happy I found this place! I had been looking for a place to get gels with acrylic, that look natural. Helen did just that. I am so happy every time she does my nails and will never take a chance with someone else. She's fast, the gel is shiny and I have no yet to have a problem with chipping. Ok so I came here because my mom recommended this place I came around 3:30 and all the chairs where busy I didn't know if there was a sign in sheet or what I actually stood at the front counter for 15min when 3 ladies walked in,they only asked for the eyebrow waxing but they were acknowledge with in seconds of them coming in mind you I'm still standing here at the counter and no one has said even a hi. We used to come here all the time back in the day when Mimi was there she would spend literally an hour on my pedicure with detail and massaging my feet it was wonderful, but when she left no one could fill her spot. She gave them the $20 to wt change back so she can leave tip. Yes she was even going to tip them even after they are ALWAYS rude, but she goes there because there is no wait and it's quick. I wonder why!? Because they suck! Anyway as my sister is waiting she asks where her change is at. They tell her she have them a 5 dollar bill. WTH?!?!?! Really!? They refuse to give her her change. My 85 year old grandpa was waiting in the car and he had given her the 20 to pay them. He goes in to tell them and those bitches completely disrespect him! How dare they! They steal $15 from them and have the nerve to disrespect my sister and then my grandpa? I don't think so! INS, health department, and BBB will be called! I went for a pedicure and the lady was clipping the skin around my big toe and cut too deep and it bled and kinda shocked me. I've never had someone cut me. Although she was very apologetic I was not happy. When she was almost finish she offered to apply a glitter clear coat. I thought she was trying to make up for her carelessness. An hour after I removed my Sandler only to see the coat become scraped off...a sigh that the polish was probably old. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon. read more

I really liked this place but customer service has gone down the drain. First the lady who did my pedicure was horrible she cut me and I was bleeding, when I asked her to cut my nails she was annoyed and started to speak in her language to the other employees and said "cut" twice, I am assuming she was talking about me, so rude and when I asked if she could turn on the massage chair she acted like I was bothering her. Am I bothering you to do your job? Then the best part was when she gave me those disposable flip flops to wear she put them on while my nails are still wet she had just finished putting the top coat on she grabs my purse and shoes I brought and walks off to the front and sets them on the counter to pay as I'm trying to catch her trying to walk in those flimsy flip flops I ask her are my nails dry? She said "yes" I though she maybe put an extra fast drying top coat, she did not! When I walked out and looked down they were sticking together nail polish all over the toes for a $25 pedicure? I went home and removed it. I don't understand why I was not allowed to sit and wait until my nails were dry and her grabbing my things trying to get me out is unacceptable, they were not busy at all it was me and 2 other customers there. They were not closing because 2 customer just walked in, they were not understaff there was 2 employees lounging. There is just no explanation for this horrible service. I was quite honestly nervous as the place only has one dollar sign. Sometimes, this may not be an indicator of great product or service even if the price is low. Holy moly. By far the cheapest mani pedi I've had ($20) both were so nice and efficient. I haven't really been big on massage chairs and suspected that was the reason for the low price, nope, they had a great one!!! I went here to get my nails done for an interview and the lady lent me the bottle to take with me for touch ups to bring back. I'm seriously blown away. She also suggested a different color that would look more natural. Most definitely knew exactly what she was doing. I didn't even have to tell her how I wanted my nails trimmed, she just saw how my nails were and followed the curve exactly!! Very clean, really nice and open at 9am. Best of all, zero up sell. Zero. I would w/out a doubt given them a 5, however recent experiences have made me bring it down to a 3.. not that long ago they came out w/an "organic pedicure," and they... well actually the manicurist Helen is very pushy... borderline rude. She wants you to get this organic pedicure, so i did initially when they came out w/it but didn't feel a difference. Needless to say I opt for the basic spa pedicure.. but still everytime she pushes for it.. I say no and she walks off talking in her language (usu. to the guy). So Rude!!.. If you can handle that type of behavior then I WOULD like to go ahead and HIGHLY recommend Vanessa, Diane or Kathy- they're very patient, good, attentive to detail and NOT pushy. I thought I found a new place to get my nails beautified. I went in yesterday and the staff was polite. The place also looked clean. They ladies were pushy about me getting the gel nails..but I told them it was my first time there and I wanted to try out the place first. Unfortunately, it did not go well.. my manicure was painful. ..5 of my cuticles were cut and bleeding. My pedicure was okay bit when I got home and it was all dry I noticed the polish had bubbled. I called the next morning and told the man who answered and he instructed me to come in so it can be fixed. I did just that and all that was done was added more coats of polish. .which looked thick and clumpy. It would have been proper to remove the polish and redo it. What can you say. .customer service is just not good anymore. read more

Tried many places for acrylic nails and even other people here at tip top and only HELEN gave me a beautiful set of nails I could be proud of with NO lifting or cracking. I will never go anywhere else or to anyone else. I'm in need of a fill now but am waiting a few days until she is in. It's a waste of money going to anyone else and have a few nails lift or crack after a few days then have to pay again to have them fixed. WORST NAIL SALON TO GO TO! I went in there and asked for a Gel manicure. The gel started melting so he had to redo them. The man was so aggressive. Twisting and hurting my fingers. The next day I noticed my nails were already chipping! I get a gel manicure every two weeks and this has never happened to me! I went back into the salon to complain and the owner of the salon was so disrespectful saying I could only get half of what I paid in services they provide! Ridiculous!
