Honestly, I feel embarrassed for posting this picture. But should let you all know how my nails/fingers turned out. I called for an appointment and went in at 5:30 stayed there for 30 minutes and they ended up refusing to assist me even though I had an appointment left there very disappointed and ended up getting a call from manager apologizing and was offering her service. I went in the next day. First picture shows after service I got bumps all over my finger nails, second picture shows with bumps and my pinky finger swollen and with a blister. Third picture shows bumps and with my skin peeling off, literally shed a whole layer of skin! This has NEVER happened to my nails. I got fungus all over my nails. I wouldn't want no one to get this on their nails do not come here!!! read more

I made an appointment for the next day at 9am, acrylics and a pedicure. I got there 9:05 and there was no one who does acrylics. So they started with my pedicure which I had to wait 10 minutes for. I liked my pedicure and the girl was friendly. They sat me at the station to start acrylics but the girl who does them wasn't there yet. I waited another 15 min. She asked me how I wanted them I said squared and narrow because I don't like when they're stubby and wide. Half way in she says it's gonna be $28 for the acrylics bc of The shape I always pay no more than $20....my acrylics & pedicure came up to $43. I was recommended this salon 3 years ago by my friend who has been going here for many years and I love it! I've grown to know some of the staff well and always love my nails. I go through phases...acrylics with gel or just mani with gel. But I always get a pedicure and feel relaxed when I leave with my lovely nails :-) Helen is awesome, she does my acrylics. Tom is a master at the perfect gel mani and Diane makes my feet soooo happy :-) Everyone is great though, and you can tell they each have their own happy long time clients. It's conveniently located across the street from South Bay Galleria but not a part of that crazy parking mess, they have ample parking in the back. First I have to say, Michelle usually does my nails is fantastic!!! She is the only reason I go back. But I have to say I'm considering not returning. First of all the place is no longer clean. There are long dust bunnies hanging from the ceiling. Secondly, it's way past time to order some new nail polish. Your polish is old and of bad quality. You need to realize not everyone wants gel nails. It would also make a customer feel more welcome if someone greeted you when you walked in the door!!! Super disappointed,. So they open at 9 AM. I called right before 9 AM, and they said they could get me in at 9:30 AM so I sat in my car until 930. Went in just before 9:30 AM and then they said no no we can get you in at 10 AM. Was just disappointing considering I only really had about an hour and a half before I had to get to work. DO NOT COME HERE!!! If I could give a negative rating I would. My best friend, her daughter and I came here today for my birthday and we will not return. We should have known that this was not a good place. 1- The place was empty while the Nail salon next door had a wait time of an hour. 2- the place was dirty and 3- The work they did on our nails was not worth what they charged us. It's not the newest looking place but they are very friendly and clean, as far as tools. They were in a sterilizer oven in the little packages, at least when I came in with my bf. He has size 14 feet and they were rude or dumb about pricing, they did not charge him extra either! In totality we got two spa pedicures and one gel mani the grand total was: $50 (that includes a generous tip). And if you use a card they do charge $1 ! The pedicures were good, they got his hang nails out (plays football) and they're NOT pushy at all! Yay ! They don't have OPI or other expensive nail polishes but that's just fine. There's no Gaps, NO GAPS on my gel manicure, she even got the sides and its very even! Which everyone knows ever hardly happens ANYWHERE you go...
