This is a department store called "Suki ng Bayan" (The People's Store) due to its affordable prices. It does have a supermarket, appliance store and clothing section.
There are eating places as well for dine in or kiosks for to go items. Play area for kids. And a pharmacy.
I am giving 3 stars for the supermarket. Aisles are tight, not well lit, and signage aren't helpful. Long lines to the register. There are like 25 of them but it can take you up to more than 30 minutes to line up. I don't know what are they doing for people to wait this long.
Employees are very apologetic though but we need action regarding this matter.
One thing more is the parking, it is small and you have to wait for a car to leave to get a slot. Traffic can go up to the street sometimes. They don't validate as well which is a bummer. read more
