I transferred my kids after she made my 15 yr old daughter clean up my 3yr old when she had an accident in her pants....I thought I was paying Massey for child care not my 15 yr old!!!!! When I asked about the situation she asked me what my daughter said and she said well you have the story and I dont have to explain anything because I am free from you. No one ever contacted us for any additional information. I called multiple times, left messages. No one ever called me back. I spoke with a girl that was at the front desk the day of the party she took all my information for us to get there and nothing was set up and she was the only working that day. & they still made us pay full price. After promising us an extra hour of party time we did not get because the facility closes at 6 and the party was supposed to be 4-6. We originally asked for 1-3 they told us no because there was another party taking place, then we find out there was never a party from 1-3. The party planner never showed up, I talked to her on the phone and she was not empathetic to our situation at all. If it wasnt for the front desk girl Arianna there would have been no party for my daughter. If you like unprofessionalism and unorganized events have the party but for your own sanity DO NOT BOOK A PARTY AT NEW BRIGHTON YMCA!! ZEROOOOO STARS!!!!!

Cortlin (spelling may be very wrong - sorry) was very informative, polite and genuinely cared. Since we are seeing less and less ants, the treatment must be working!!! Yay!!!! Yesterday we received a call stating they would be by today for treatment 2. Doug came by and I was unable to greet him, but we did speak on the phone, the professionalism from these 2 gentleman is outstanding. Thank you leaf for hiring stellar staff.
