BEWARE THIS BUSINESS!…read more It's a shame this rating system requires you even give one star. This is a zero-star establishment. The "daycare" is housed in what I can only assume were the oldest and dingiest parts of the church it calls home, where no adults would want to voluntarily spend any time. The roof leaks when it rains, and the room they decided to put all the infants in turns out to be moldy and smell of what I'd guess is toxic mildew. The smell of the air gives you a headache almost immediately. I feel sorry for the babies that have to lie in that musty stench all day. On more than one occasion, I've seen running cockroaches on the floors and walls...during the middle of the day. If you can see this many bugs out in the daylight, try to imagine what's living in the walls and pantries (they serve kids meals in this building). The road to even get to the church/daycare looks like something you'd see in Afghanistan, after the bombers really unloaded on it. Check your suspension before you drive down it to drop off your kids. Some of those potholes can swallow a compact car fairly easily. But the real clincher for this facility is the completely inept management. I don't know if any of you have met a toddler or had the pleasure or trying to raise one. They sometimes throw tantrums when they don't get their way. My family isn't loaded, so we chose to forgive some of the aesthetic issues going on here for the Christian spirits and warm personalities of the women who work there. Many of them genuinely cared for my kid, and he loved them. But several seemed to be completely unsuited for child care, specifically the management. My wife and I work full-time, and we pay daycare to watch our kids. We don't have the luxury of taking texts and calls every time our son doesn't want to clean up his area or wants to keep reading a book. Having to come pick him up every time he threw a fit cost us both hours at work and the cost of childcare he wasn't receiving. To have a daycare call you and tell you to "come pick up your son, and he isn't welcome back" with no notice of where he will go to school tomorrow or how I'm supposed to handle it is UNACCEPTABLE. We, as a family, forgave your many faults. Now, we are going to celebrate them in public. This "business" should not be in business. If you have any questions about how bad it was, feel free to contact me. I will GLADLY share my experiences with you.

They have taken great care of my special needs son and my little one. Everyone is so kind and caring. They know all the parents and children. My little one enjoys going to school and now knows his alphabet and numbers. We also enjoy receiving the cutest art work. Thank you for all that you have done and we will miss you!

I hope by sharing my experience it can help others make a decision. I can only speak to the infant care here. I chose to send my baby here based on the tour I took, Google reviews and convenience of location. Unfortunately I withdrew her after only one month because of the quality of care. On the tour I was told she would have her own crib for naps, and be given a curriculum for activities but since the beginning of being here, she and other babies are left in the loungers or swings if they fall asleep. I was told they get fussy if they are picked up and eventually I gave in because I didn't want her to be treated differently. Only one time did I witness on the poor quality cameras that she was put to do tummy time for a few minutes. Otherwise it was just a rotation between floor mat, skip hop, lounger (where she spent most of her time) and swing until it was time for bottles and diaper changes. My husband would drop her off in the mornings and on multiple occasions they were playing country music, or other music not geared towards children. The staff did not greet him by name and he was told to "just leave her on the mat" upon drop off. They merge the classrooms before the teacher arrives which isn't until 9 or 10am on some days and at that point have 8 babies and it appears they are always overwhelmed. I would say 1 star Is for the infant teachers empathy and kind demeanor. She was the only person I felt comfortable with. I knew we had to make a change when my mother visited and told me that babies are left to cry for long periods of time. The director did reach out after my mom made her opinion known, and it appeared they were making efforts to change. It was too little and too late for us but I do hope they do this for the sake of the other babies. Fortunately my husband works from home and considered watching her until I talked to other moms and came across many other daycares with superior care. Now my baby girl is thriving in her current daycare. She has done more activities in one day then the entire time she was at Kids r Kids. They play kids songs, read books, take her outside, give her options for teethers, sit her up to look in the mirror, do artwork with the babies, sensory toys, and I could go on. The curriculum is posted and I am able to see what she is going to do on a weekly basis. Not only are there better cameras but I also receive multiple videos and photos during the day and I receive personal updates on how she is doing. She is put in a sleep sack and in a crib for every nap and comes home happy and not fussy like before. I hope this helps other moms and can stir a change for the better.
