I had a eye brown on the windshield as well as a screen on on the navigation screen. I bought the screen protectors myself, it fits perfect and makes the screen much clearer. They charged her over $500 for the side windows and the back glass.... And messed it up and had to redo it!!! Then gave her some song and dance about about dealership discounts (which isn't were we bought either vehicle!!) for the difference in price!

The young pretty…read moreattractive aggressive lady at the NLR location was firm and very passive about it not being $100 and I'm like this is Auto Glass Now, so the price should be the same no matter where what location you go to, unless they are pocketing the money and taking from the company. At this point, this makes me wanna open my own glass installation and show the how to treat ppl and not argue with ppl about quotes. But when I tell u I was quoted a certain price, she say, oh I believe you, so if u do, call that lady at the other office and ask & confirm the quote, then they say OH YOU SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN IT LOCKED INTO THe system, how n the hell am I suppose to know and do that, I don't work there.

There seems to be a miscommunication with the shop/inventory guys and the desk workers, the shop guys were really nice and offered water after they noticed I been there for awhile.
