First time, my family sat on the side of I-85 in Spartanburg overnight on Thanksgiving night, watching the "Black Friday" shoppers whizz past, until a friend I called gave me Ellison's Towing number...they were out quickly and professionally with a big rollback to get our Suburban home. Last month another rollback showed up in 20 minutes to I-85 in the worst weather ever, to get Dad home from work safely after his car broke down. TODAY, my 2 daughters blew a radiator on I-26 in Columbia, on the way to Myrtle Beach.....they sat stranded on the side of the road in 100 degree heat for only a SHORT time when ROGER rolled up to the rescue!!! He was dispatched as soon as we called, no waiting, no worrying! Got thier car delivered home safely along with my PRECIOUS CARGO! Great guys, great trucks, great help in a crisis like today or in need of just a little help. Your TRUST is earned by this business! We all carry their number in our cell phones and have NEVER been disappointed......Keep up the great work, and we will continue to refer you to our friends! Thanks again! Andy Cochrane & Family

Horrible, horrible, horrible service!! I lost a whole day of work because of this company. My…read moreinsurance sent this company as part of my roadside assistance. It took 1 1/2 hrs to get to me just to jump off my car. Then the man proceeded to not jump my car off correctly, he just kept telling me to turn the key over and not giving the battery a chance to charge and completely ignored me when I suggested doing so. He then told me that he believed that my starter was bad and I needed to call a tow truck to take it to a shop. My father is a mechanic that lives three hours away from me and he drove to look at the car and went ahead a brought a new starter just in case. He decided just to try and charge the battery anyways and the car started!!! It was just a dead battery after all. I put a review on their facebook page that retold this story and gave them one star and this company removed my review, blocked me, and reported me to Facebook. Completely unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY!!!
