He was also closed but out of the goodness of his heart went up to his shop to see if he had the tires I needed. Unfortunately he didn't but referred us to Bill Ellis in Comanche (also closed on Sundays) to see if he had the correct tires. He did and said he'd send someone up to change it out. When I asked to speak to Mario-he would not let me. When I asked to contact the owner-he told me he would be gone for several days. When I demanded the owners name-all he would tell me is Rick? I believe strongly that this business is scamming college students. Next step BBB. The vehicle was taken to another auto repair and within a few minutes it was determined that the compressor is out and needs to be replaced. We will do business with Cowboy Capital Auto Repair since it is obvious that Kwik Kar Lube & Tune is not a reputable business.
