Being a very thorough person I measured the thickness with my slide gauge. So today I finally took my shoes to get it done and the gut was VERY unfriendly and condescending. On my trip to collect them I confronted him why he is so unfriendly. And apparently he was offended by my measurements. I didn't say that he is doing bad job. No way. He has done nice job. But I pay him and it's my money involved so what's the problem to be sure that I will get exactly what I need. If you want to know the list of ingredients of any product and you ask a sale person or manufacturer that don't get offended, because you hold the cash and it's natural be as savvy as possible. So why this guy took it so personally and expressed it in his attitude is still befuddling me. So I won't recommend going there cause he might be easily offended. Very sensitive person. Shame he feels that way. And again I don't criticize his work.
