This place did at least manage to fill me with a certain degree of confidence which is important when dealing in this type of product. The value here was good even if it was a tad more expensive than its competitor Beckwith but this is no bad thing as you generally get what you pay for.

Having used Allerton is the past, I decided to get a quote from them for my new home, alongside 5…read moreof the highest rated companies in the Northwest. In total, I secured x6 quotes. I was shocked at Allerton's price, which was completely ridiculous. They were at least £5,000 more than four of the companies, who all priced roughly the same, even out-pricing Everest, which shocked me. They come out at almost £8,000 more than the others for replacing all the windows and doors. Based on these prices, I decided not to go ahead with them, as I don't think they can justify their prices, regardless how good they claim to be. They use Rehau windows, which a lot of companies use, so the only thing they can use for price justification, is their quality of installation.

I honestly can't recommend Train Locksmiths enough. The training has been excellent from start to…read morefinish, with a really good balance between theory and hands on practical work. The tutors are extremely knowledgeable and, more importantly, teach from genuine real world experience. The course covers a huge amount and gives you plenty of practical experience working with different vehicles, tools and equipment. They take the time to explain not just what to do, but why you're doing it, and are always happy to answer questions and help whenever you get stuck. I came onto the course wanting to build the skills and confidence to get into the auto locksmith industry, and I'm leaving with far more knowledge and practical experience than I expected. The support and standard of training have been brilliant. Definitely worth the investment and an easy 5 stars from me.
