Like I stated before there quality of work is hard to find. This is really upsetting to have to write this review because I have been doing bussiness with this company for a few months now, and they are pretty on top of things. Sadly, I guess things I have changed I tried to be understanding knowing that they were relocating, to Goldsboro , NC but I'm I placed my order in September of 12 items( I run a small business) so people count on me. I was told by the owner my order would be ready in week in a half 2 weeks tops because they were moving to a bigger facility. On September 19, 2023 I was told they have started my order but it wasn't yet completed. I have called, emailed, left a fb message ( which was read) and texted to try to get an update on my order. I have been ignored with no update to my order, I have now lost 4 clients who I had due to this issue with Well OK. I have tried to be understanding but to flat out ignore a client whether they bring you 1 item or 1000 items is wrong. I was really hoping someone from the company would reach out to make things right but I have heard nothing. I really hope no one else has to experience this or loose any bussiness due to someone else not following through, what they say they are gonna do. I will say this really is upsetting because the owners quality of work is hard to find.
