It's way better now that there is a new owner. The couple that own it are really nice and they installed cameras everywhere to make it safer and there is less stealing. A much better environment than before. The booths are pretty good, especially the one with all the videogames next to the bathroom. read more

I have been to this thrift store in the past. Thursday, Feb 22nd, 2024 I walk in with my service dog who happens to weigh 80 pounds and was told I have to put my dog in a cart. All dogs are allowed in here and am sure some pee or poop in the carts, but never have I been told my dog was not welcome. A legitimate service dog and told she has to be put in a cart. I have been in grocery stores, the Mall, every where and NEVER WAS I SO INSULTED AT THE STUPIDITY of a service dog having to be in a cart. read more

Hours say open til 6:00. If you show up at 5:45, a very rude man will tell you "We're closing soon". If you tell him that you'll only be about 10 minutes, was told by someone that they might have something you've been looking for, he'll then tell you, "I'm sorry, we're leaving at 6:00." My reply, "okay, I will only be a minute" His reply, "WE'RE CLOSED!" My reply, "okay, I WON'T come back then!" The way you treat your customers matters! I have a lot of friends who like to go flea marketing, many have had similar experiences at this place. read more

I love things that are unique and I have never left here empty handed. I think my favorite purchase so far was a handmade troll made totally out of things found in the woods that came from a place called troll mountain. It was made in 74 but they are still making and selling these awesome trolls today. The employees have always been really helpful and pleasant to deal with. read more

Avoid this business in my opinion. A customer should hear a store rule but it's unnecessary to keep repeating that rule with an attitude. The Package was obviously previously opened and I was checking for content. It comes with a prop piece. The clamshell packages are designed unsealed. Other store experiences include; I bought four dvds and three wouldn't play, appeared over polished for scratches. They will not make it right or let you trade them for others. Tendency to follow customers around and rush them 15 min. before closing time. When I leave items at the counter as I find them I was not allowed to change my mind on anything after I was done shopping. After reading some other reviews it's obvious that descent manners and respect between adults is not practiced here. read more

My family and I were here shopping. We were about to check out when the male owner came over and asked if my service dog was a guide dog. My service dog was sitting quietly next to me out of the way, she was leashed and in a vest that says service dog on both sides in large text. I told him that she is a medical alert service dog. He asked to see her credentials and I told him that she does not have any and according to the Americans with Disabilities Act she doesn't need any. He told me that she was going to have to be put in the cart are we had to leave. My service dog is a labrador retriever and our cart was full so she couldn't even fit in it. Since I didn't do what he said we were told to leave. The man had no right to kick us out and it's also against the law we have filled a report to the ADA. I've seen other service dog handlers in the area so I just want to warn them of how I was treated for having a service dog in the store. We have been in that store before and have seen their bulldogs they bring. I should not be discriminated against for having a well behaved service dog. read more

Love it. Yes, it's not fancy and maybe a bit messy but there are tons of interesting items for affordable prices and occasionally some seriously cool "finds" that you just don't see everywhere else. Timeless Treasures is like the flea markets me and my husband both remember fondly from the early 90s, in the days before every third person was selling "vintage chic" items & considered themselves antiques dealers. I have found some of the coolest stuff here! You seriously never know what you're going to see in Timeless Treasures and on the whole, prices are surprisingly low. Was there shopping texting friend about item researching items on eBay .. wanting gift accessories for less fortunate seniors . Went to pay before 6pm ...reach for wallet/ phone it was gone .u.no where to be found in cart just had it at 5:35 .Phone/wallet was stolen ..and told by man repeatedly 'we closed'' u need to leave .Tried frantically to back track but he wanting me out ..Left having panic attacks ''' rain pouring down. no phone to call police or no wallet or no drivers license ..insurance ect..My life was left in that store ..went back to there store early to look next morning had to wait n watch them put items back was going to purchase the nite before.. n wait till they open at 10am . No phone found .Went back second time to look n The younger gal ban me from store ..cause I post n tell of incident on FB and to police ,she say we were nice to u 'No nice would have cared if I found my wallet / phone before leaving store. And she was not even there. Just wanted my belongings back just had them at 5:35pm they close at 6pm either lay it down or it was took from cart . read more
