I feel like I didn't get the quality I was promised for my wedding video. First off, I only got 1 videographer not 2. He was late so the beginning of my video was rushed. The camera was not good quality it was a little handheld camera which I should've seen as a red flag. He forgot to put the microphone on my husband during the ceremony so we don't have good sound on that portion of the video, which is the most important in my opinion. I was so sad watching it I couldn't even watch the whole thing or show it to family. My parents just watched it for the first time and agreed with me and suggested I write a review to warn others. I went with the better price and got bad quality. I would suggest paying a little more to make sure your special day is captured beautifully. Nothing I can do now but get this off my chest. Hopefully this doesn't happen to any of their future clients.

All of our expectations were exceeded! Our engagement shoot was perfect, Robert was incredible and really created amazing memories for us. They worked with us on getting our pics for our deadline to send out our save the dates and we got them when needed. Our wedding day, wow. The staff were professional and engaging. They knew our venue and it really showed in the quality of our videos and pictures. It was nothing short of perfect for the entire day. The day after our wedding we got a teaser video that was one minute long showing some of their work, and it brought us both to tears. They perfectly captured our day and we couldn't be happier. Within two weeks we had all of our over 6000 pics ready for us to pick up. I think it's great that we can go through and pick out our pictures for our album! From beginning to end, this was a great choice for us on our wedding day, I'm letting all my friends know about them and would recommend them to anyone! Look, weddings can be stressful, and sometimes you can be demanding, these are professionals and great work can take time. We were completely satisfied with this company for our special day. Ended up meeting Terry with my wife, or fiancé at the time, and was just blown away by how incredibly nice and out going he is. We would just sit there and talk to him forever about things.
