READ ME BEFORE YOU BUY. Bought time 2 tablet nearly 2 years ago messed about a lot thought I wouldnt get it by that Xmas. Always played up with Internet not responding which is a nuisance. Bought an I pad from staples last week and while there asked their tech person to check the time2 tablet. Amazed when they told me they could not take it back to factory settings a block had been put on the tablet. Unless you want to waste money DONT BUY THIS ITEM read more

I bought 3 10" tablets. I had to send one back in November and on 21st November it was being returned to me. I have emailed 4 times with not even a reply. I called customer services today and the phne rang out for 10 minutes before I hung up. have they gone bust or are they just extremely poor at customer service? I want my tablet back please if you are listening. read more

I purchased a 7" Android Tablet from Time2. When it arrived it quiet clearly wasn't new as it had, amongs othere clues that it was used, someone elses photos on it! I sent it back to Time2 and received yet another refurbished model (there was no mention in their literature that what I was buying wasn't new) Since then I have been waiting for me postage refund to send the product back. As I do not have a Paypal account they promised a cheque. Chasing for it I have received several E-Mails they went along the lines of ' the cheques in the post' X 2, 'we are waiting for a new cheque book', 'the cheque has been sent out today' X2 etc. etc still no sign of the refund despite the promises and now 2 months later. Bought Time2 tablet via wowcher March 2013. Tablet faulty from start, however persevered until September attempting to make it work. Contacted Time2 and then returned the tablet. They confirmed it was faulty and set up a 'ticket' which is another name for 'stonewalling'. Phoned them in December and an agent [female] said she would sort it. In January 2014 told, via the ticket, that I was only entitled to a partial refund. I stated that I wanted a full refund of all monies paid [to include the postage]. They then offered me £50.00. I reiterated my desire for all monies paid to be refunded. Chris the guy dealing with my 'ticket' closed down all discussion stating that I was NOT being reasonable. I am now in the process of writting to Mr Kothia the chairman with regards my refund, but I am not 'holding my breath'. Stay clear of Time2 and all its useless gadgets. read more

only thing worse than the stuff they sell is there customer service. was told the reason the movies I was watching looked bad was because I had downloaded them (pirate). Explained this was not the case but chap on phone didn't want to listen. Binned it and bought a decent tablet . suggest you do the same read more

Oh dear - I can't understand why there are so many negative reviews here - I received excellent service from this company and the customer service staff. They were very quick to respond to my problem and replaced a faulty tablet without hesitation and with much courtesy and understanding, making special arrangements to ensure delivery to my new home in Spain although the original tablet had been purchased in the UK. I can't praise them enough and am very grateful for their help, particularly Chris who dealt with me personally. A deserved 5 star review from me!!! read more

I bought a 10" tablet before Christmas.I checked to see if there was any reviews on the company as the deal looked good value for money.I should have sent it back on receipt.The first problem i noticed was that the information booklet was in broken English with a number of spelling mistakes.My wife used the tablet for a couple of weeks when the mains adapter failed.I forked out for another one and the tablet started to go down hill.I had a problem with some of the icons not working, when touching the screen. This condition gradually got worse.I contacted Time 2 on 08447400874 and mentioned I had a problem with the tablet.I spoke to Yasim and he indicated that there was a reset button on the back of the tablet.I tried that and more of the icons started to work but i could not access the internet.I have wifi at home and was able to access it on my laptop, so the tablet had a problem.I then phoned again and was advised to send it back. I did that and heard nothing for a couple of weeks.Eventually I phoned up to speak to Chris who was going to phone me back but nothing happened.Next phone call I was told that Chris was off to the horse races. I then spoke to Dianne and finally to Fatima.Fatima advised me that the tablet had an internal crack on it and only the icos on one side of the crack were working.Fatima told me that the tablet would have to be sent back to the manufacturer and would cost me just over £50 to get repaired and that i would be better to buy a new tablet.Fatima was then going to send me a picture of the internal crack by e- mail which has not arrived .The tablet had not been mistreated and I suggested that it should be sent back for repair.I then asked to speak to someone more senior and was given the name of Mr kamruddin Kothia. I have made at least a dozen phone calls and looks like i will have to send a similar amount of e- mails to get this problem sorted out.Having paid for the tablet a new power adaptor,recorded delivery and numerous phone calls i should have forked out a couple of extra bucks an bought one from a reliable. source. read more

Oh Dear Is all I have to say. I am more than happy to re-review this post on Monday 17th December when I SHOULD be holding my daughters tablet ready to wray for Christmas (I bloody hope so because they have only 2days from that date to make the Christmas post). I ordered the tablet on Nov 21st through a discount voucher, paid the extortionate £10.99 delivery (It better hold some weight or come in a great big box full of packing on a white horse for that price). I have received 3 emails to inform me of their stock issues and apparently have a free stylus for my troubles. I FINALLY found a telephone number today and spoke to a nice guy called CHRIS (not his fault he earns his living working for this company god bless him he must take some grief!) and he assures me it will be dispatched THIS Thursday. I had no response other than the automated reply from my emails also. Just one thing I would like to mention: IF YOUR GOING TO PUT AN ITEM ON A VOUCHER/DEAL OFFER SURELY YOU SHOULD ENSURE PROVISIONS ARE MADE TO HONOR YOUR ORDERS?! Clearly theyre going to be popular but judging by the posts Ive read on here, No forethought was made for the influx of orders in October and now In NOVEMBER your still experiencing the same problems with stock? DOES NO ONE RUN AUDITS FOR QUALITY AND SERVICE AT TIME2? Surely after the disaster that was October's service level, AN ACTION plan should be instigated to deal with the on-going deal/voucher offer to ensure you are able to honor your commitments???? My only hope now, it that the reviews which state the tablet itself is poor quality or faulty are in the minority and I do recieve a FULLY FUNCTIONING QUALITY TABLET BEFORE 19TH December 2012 deadline! Yours holding her breathe. Last spoke to time2 fri 14th dec. their promise was a guaranteed delivery 19/12 although they still had no tablets in stock. You have more chance of hell freezing over than getting an order in time for Christmas. I have cancelled my order, raised a complaint with mighty deals and will be refunded I am assured. read more

I have made an order/payment thro' Discount Vouchers for a 7" Time2Touch Tablet Bundle with Accessories on the 3rd of Dec' 2012. Received the email confirming the order and payment within minutes on the same day. States on same " The merchant will be shipping this out directly to you you don't have to do anything further. Enjoy! ", also says your order will be received by the 17th of Dec' 2012. I sit back and wait, no further emails to confirm dispatch, so on the 17th of Dec' 2012 I give Discount Vouchers a call after searching for their phone number 0208 123 1278. I get an answer phone to which I leave a message to contact me. I ring again, this time a different answer hone message saying the office is not open until 1000am, so I leave another message requesting a call-back. I make a further call after 1000am, phone just rings and rings and then it's cut-off !! So I call again an get a vague gentleman on the phone who after I start to say who I am etc then terminates the call !! I then do some further investigating and find the company who is supplying the item Time 2 co phone number 01254 272688. Spoke to Dianne who seemed must helpful and took all the details re the order etc and stated I would get a call-back, time of the call being 1028am on the 17th of Dec 2012. I'm at present waiting for the call-back, but it's early days yet. Chris gave me a call-back from Time 2 co @ 1100am and tracked down the order, but the item had not arrived their end yet, possibly will later today or tomorrow, but stated give me a further call tomorrow ( 18/12/12 ) at a round 2pm for an update. Rang Chris today ( 18/12/12 ) @ 2-05pm and states the order will be with me tomorrow via Royal Mail before 1-00pm. read more

Severely disappointing experience with this company. Ordered items 12 Dec and expected delivery before Christmas. These did finally come on the Saturday before, but had to ring and find out details, updates would be useful to customers! Having opened 3 'Time2Touch MC7403A 7" Android 4.0 Tablet PC' I was truly happy with their service and value through LivingSocial deal despite the lack of updates of delivery. However, after opening the 4th, I am massively annoyed and disappointed. When trying to type using the device, the character inputted is displayed, however, a couple of extra characters are then displayed. I thought fair enough, every now and again an electronic device is faulty and I'm sure we can arrange to have a replacement. On closer inspection however, I found what can only be described as a 'chunk' out of the side of the item. This has clearly been returned to the company and then sent to me with no-one looking at the device to see what condition it is in. So one christmas present short. I will however note that I have been offered a replacement and for the £9.99 delivery charges to be refunded as a gesture of good will but I will not use this company again. I am yet another dissatisfied customer of Time2. I ordered a 10" tablet on 9th November for my husband for xmas. Wish I hadn't bothered. After several emails and false promises it finally arrived on 19th Dec. Box was shabby and it was a white tablet, not black as ordered. On xmas day husband was very disappointed, the screen kept freezing and it would type away by itself entering random letters and numbers into the google search box on screen. It was unusable. On boxing day I emailed Time2 to explain. I was sent the returns documentation and returned it (at a cost of £10) on 9th Jan. Since then I have emailed and called (premium rate £5 a time) and still no refund (it is now 28th March). I wish I had never heard of Time2. I have been in contact with Yasim, Chris and Fatima and promised my refund but still nothing. I am only posting here in the hope that eventually I might receive my money. Do not deal with this unprofessional company. UPDATE! Did eventually get a refund (minus 2x delivery costs) by contacting discount vouchers and credit card company. read more

I bought a wowcher voucher for an item from your website. I have since been on your website to attempt to redeem it. The button to put the item in my cart isn't working therefore I can't even proceed far enough to enter my code!! I have tried to access your website from a couple of different devices and tried to put other items into my basket too, (to check it wasnt just my computer playing up) to no avail. I have emailed you myself, as have wowcher, and yet you have failed to get back to either of us. Am gonna try to phone during the week using the number on here- as there is no number on your website(!!!) and hopefully that will get it sorted. At the moment I have to say that I am completely unimpressed with your customer service. Update: 4/12/12- item ordered- confirmation email recieved straight away. Will up number of stars by a couple just for that- now to see how long it takes to recieve my item. read more

I ordered a dark pink iPad cover in September. On 31st October I received an email telling me that Shipment No100022349 for Order No100023723 had been dispatched. When it hadn't arrived by 20 November, I emailed Time2 to let them know and received a standard auto reply, saying they would answer my query within 48 hours. I'm still waiting for a reply. When I'd still heard nothing, after a detailed search on the internet, I found their telephone number on this website and on December 3rd I telephoned them, and spoke to a very friendly helpful person who said they would send me one out and I'd get it that week. Still nothing! Today I've tried three times to ring their number and the phone just rings out, no one replies. But they are still advertising the iPad cover on their website. What do I have to do to get this? read more

I ordered a tablet package on 6th November, received 2 e-mails telling me of delays due to manufacturer problems , finally being told that despatch would be around 5th December. I've heard nothing since and have sent 3 e-mails to enquire about my order (christmas present for my 9 year old son.) Despite saying on the website they respond within 48 hours, I have had no contact from them, What is really annoying is that I bought the deal off Discount Vouchers and that this offer is currently being repeated and assurances that it will be delivererd by 22nd December that's a laugh, I haven't received mine from 6th November. There is no phone number on the website but luckily I found this forum so have now got it. I only wish I could give a rating of 0 stars I am so disgusted at the service I have received. read more

I am yet another dissatisfied customer of Time2! I bought a 7" tablet in November last year, which arrived several weeks later and within a month the inner glass broke. I did not mishandle it, so was rather shocked when this happened. After several emails, which I received no response to, I decided to call them (0844 7400874). I spoke to a very helpful Yasin, who advised me to return the faulty tablet and I would receive a replacement. I returned the tablet in February and I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE REPLACEMENT! Last promise from Time2 was that a new shipment was arriving no later than 10 March and my replacement would be with me within a couple of working days after that. I am now considering contacting the Trading Standards Officer for advice on pursuing my rights under the 1979 Sale of Goods Act. read more

would not buy from this so called company time2 they send out faulty 10in android tablets that don't work which they confirm when you send it back. then you can not get your money back. and they won't refund postage. i have made 24 phone calls and 7 emails. i have spoke to a man called chris and yasin both keep telling me the cheque is in the post. i have been told a cheque was sent on the 18th jan then the 25th jan then the 29th jan bear in mind i sent there faulty tablet back and was received by them on 08th jan 2013 time2 had no problem taking money from my account. but do have a big problem refunding the money. i am taking further action to reclaim my money. but if anyone is thinking of buying from this company think again and shop with a company you know and trust you have been warned read more

I had/have the same problem as some other reviewers on here - this company sends out USED items as new!!I made the mistake of believing them when they 'assured' me that they do not and that my product was new despite a couple of scuffs and random app icons on different home pages that wouldn't have been there if new. Poor battery life too but I thought perhaps just poor battery life because a cheap tablet. Unfortunately when I found conclusive evidence that it was used other people's profiles already loaded into certain apps!! the company are now refusing to issue a refund because time has passed.Absolutely awful company, I don't know how they are allowed to continue trading and using the 'discount voucher' sites for sales. read more

I saw a deal for the 10" SC104B version on Voucher cloud, looks like a good offer. I did a bit of searching on the internet but no reviews anywhere, then I come across this website and read all the problems people have had with Time2. I know this isn't necessarily the place to ask, but you are the only people I found that have bought this tabletdespite the delivery issues, if/when the tablet has actually arrived is it any good? does it have proper Google Play for example? is it reliable? does it stream videos/iPlayer OK? With no reviews anywhere other than the problems shown here and I'm wondering whether it's best to avoid. Really appreciate your advice. Phil read more

Ordered a 10" tablet at the beginning of Nov & am still waiting for it to be delivered. It was meant to be a xmas present but this is not going to be the case! Have emailed time2 many times but have not had any reply. Have had emails saying there were delays with the supplier, the final email said that the tablets had gone via London airport but the company were going to employ staff to work over the weekend to cope with the backlog & that it would be delivered soon. Am still waiting.. Very disappointed with the service & will have a very disappointed child on xmas day! This company does not deserve even one star but could post a review without giving one. read more

I placed my order for a 10" tablet on the 5th November. Still no delivery of the item. i have had a couple of emails from Time 2 saying that they are experiencing problems with their supplier. After having no reply from several email i sent them, i just found their phone number on this website. I had to let it ring for ages before someone decided to answer. I have been told that all order are bing posted this thursday & friday & that they now have the stock. I will apparently receive my item by next Wednesday! Not good when it takes 5 weeks to dispatch..hope it gets here in time as like many other it is a Christmas present! read more

I ordered & received iPad aluminium case which was bought via wowcher. It took longer to be delivered than expected. I returned the iPad case as it wasn't as described or suitable,by special delivery & it was delivered /received back to times2 on morning of Monday 15th December. I enclosed a letter explaining why I was returning it as per wowcher instructions. I put all my details including email address & phone number but no one has contacted me re refund. I know it's a busy time of year but a courtesy email should be sent to me informing me that the case had been received by times2 & when I should expect my refund. read more

So glad I have found this site, I ordered the 7inch tablet in Dec, via Living Social deals, as an xmas present for elderly parents & was impressed with the delivery, on time etc, however the sound quality is awful & after I had connected to my PC & transferred pictures the screen flickered constantly. Ive been trying to contact Time2, was told by directory enquiries their number was not listed & they had failed to respond to my emails.Worrying that Ive wasted my money, & angry that my parents have been unable to use the tablet yet, however I shall now try phoningwill keep you updated!l Reticent to give a star rating. read more

Hi, I purchased a Time2 tablet PC, bc1017 Just before Christmas and must say I am not very impressed with it. Tried to use it today and I can't get past a request for a code that I haven't been asked for before. I haven't a clue what numbers it's asking for .. but can't get passed this page until I offer it the right number. It hasn't done this before, even when I first got it .. help? I will seek help from customer services on Monday now I have found their number on this website .. but I wish I had not purchased this tablet! I'd like to know others opinion on this items usability please, or is it just me? read more

I got this as a Birthday pressie in August from my Aunt although she paid full price ha ha.. Its an awesome gadget i take it to uni with me everyday! :) I emailed Time2 for some more information as my mum wanted to buy one for my brother for xmas too, they were so helpful and directed me to a deal.. I don't know what the fuss is about on here, I placed the order 3 weeks and already recieved it last week :D I rang up for a tracking code too and the service was swift and fab.. I'm going to go back and buy us both some accessories on my Dads credit card ;) Thumbs up to this company no complaints here :) read more
