Of all the professional photographers we have had Lauren was so patient and friendly to my 4 year old. Not many photographers understand that kids are kids and often get distracted or change their tempers quickly. Lauren was so kind to my daughter waiting on her even if she decided to throw a fit. Before our photo session Lauren called me several times to prepare. She sent me an idea of an outfit and I had the outfit handmade saving $60. Lauren paid so many compliments with how the outfit matched the picture she sent me of what she wanted my daughter to wear. Lauren also had a special necklace made for my daughter to wear in the pictures. It was so beautiful and matched the dress perfect. Lauren also bought a crown and painted it special to match my daughter's outfit. When we were deciding on a place for pictures, Lauren took a whole morning, drove out to my area clearly an hour from her, just to find the perfect place. She found a spot that I honestly didn't think was appealing. It was an old boarded bridge over a small creek. When Lauren got all her props and told Aurora what poses to make I was in so much shock to see how beautiful she made the environment come alive. If you would drive to this place you would never believe our photos were taken there. That is how much talent and creativity Lauren has. To see this place come alive through her lens and ideas was so cool. She danced around with my daughter played with her and even formed a good relationship with my daughter before the photos. I received my photos right away. I was amazed with how quick I got them. They are all so beautiful and I will forever have this memory captured. The color is gorgeous. I posted one of the many great pictures on my Facebook and before 24 hours got 100 "likes." My daughter to this day asks for Lauren and she even drew a special picture for her. I haven't mailed it yet but I will soon. If anyone ever wants to take family photos, wedding photos, and especially kid photos I highly recommend Lauren. She knows how to capture a shot and has awesome ideas. I have already had several ask me who shot our photos and for her business card. Lauren has a gift for sure!

WORST PHOTOGRAPHY CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED MY WHOLE LIFE!…read more -She did not even acknowledge me or introduce herself. I just came in the studio. -She did not tell us how to pose. She points, shoots and does not say a word. Usually photographers for kids know how to somewhat entertain. -She will respond fast if you are inquiring service. Once she has your money, she will take forever to respond, but messages have been "read". Her excuses are "I was at church" or "I am at my kid's event" A real business will get the work done and not involve personal life! Should I tell my patients that I was late on giving their medications, because I had to FaceTime my son and make sure he's okay? NO! of course they don't care! -Props were tipped over and she didn't catch the imperfections of the background. THE WORST PART: Our baby cried during the whole birthday shoot and she was so "generous" to give us another day to shoot. But guess what? She never showed up! WE DROVE AN HOUR WITH MY BABY (I'm also very pregnant) TO MEET HER at the time and place she told us. SHE CONFIRMED THE MEETING weeks before. The night before the rescheduled birthday shoot, I kept messaging her just to make sure we are still on. She did not respond until a few hours before the time, but she asked if I want to do a MATERNITY shoot at another time. I was extremely confused, because after everything I texted, she never mentioned that our rescheduled birthday shoot was canceled or rescheduled again. We went anyways, but she did not show up. After a few days, she finally responded and told me that it was never on a written contract. WHY WOILD YOU EVEN RESCHEDULE US IF (TO YOU) IT'S NOT CONFIRMED?! My thoughts are, she just didn't want to do the shoot or just completely forgot about it and used "the contract" as an excuse for not being there! How horrible of a person are you to make a family drive all the way to you and not even apologize ?! You claim to go to church, but you do this to pregnant people and their baby, then take their money without any remorse! I'm absolutely disgusted by your customer service! I guess she needed the money than me. Keep the money!!

The woman taking the pictures…read more( I say this because there was no introduction so we have no idea who she was) was no help with posing or where to stand or how to stand out of the way so that our reflection was not in a photo. To spend so much money and just have a person stand there and take pictures is ridiculous! We got the proofs and they show the lack of professionalism. The photos are too light, too fuzzy & off center. Certainly not what we hoped for! We will not recommend or return
