The insurance company approved the replacement and put me on the phone with them to schedule my appointment. They had all of my contact info. I showed up for my appointment, only to find out they didn't have my windshield. I made a new appointment. I called ahead this time and still no windshield. I went in again to find out how the order was going. The gentleman said he had to call and check, he told me he would call me later. I never heard back from him either. Not the best way to do business. If you want a new windshield this is not the place to get it.

Knowing we'd be doing a lot of driving in hot weather and possible rain, we googled our nearest Safelite and ended up in Bossier. (Our son works at the Tyler, TX shop and insisted we shouldn't wait to get it repaired.) The guy and gal working in the office were so kind and friendly! Knowing our predicament, they gave us advice and instructions how to get it done quickly through our insurance (costing nothing) and were able to squeeze us in so we could get back on the road without too much delay in our trip!
