I've been a customer for 10 years now. I've also been a bank Customer Service Manager. For years,…read morethe staff was the same, they cared about their customers, until a week ago. I called to have a few returned that was not correctly charged to me. The guy told me "no problem" - a week later, still not corrected. So I call again, I'm put on a "3 min" hold only yo speak to the same person who asks me what my issue is. So I repeat myself only for him to "check with the guy to see if he remembers this" - another hold to then get a different person who asks me to repeat my issue again. I lose service and I get no call back. So I call back and ask what I need to do to close my account- rather than ask why or how they can fix this - I get "well, it's your choice if you want to close it" - customer service does not exist anymore. I have loved doing business with them for so long and to build that history, that relationship right before I deposit a large amount of money & look at a refinance of my auto loan with them, they do this.
