I purchases a furniture piece on 3/14/2018 and paid by check in the amount of $623.75. Estimated delivery was 6 weeks after purchase. It has now been 20 weeks and no furniture. I spoke to the company a month ago and they stated they lost the order but it was made and would be shipped out immediately. No furniture. I have submitted a complaint thru the BBB and will be seeking legal action in the Minnesota small claims court. read more

I ordered what looked like beautiful stools. The company cashed my check in the beginning of January, and after many emails and phone calls, it is June 10, and we still don't have our stools. First the order was misplaced, then the shipping was going to be more than anticipated, then they said they were boxed and ready to go and would text me the tracking number--that was April 30--then they simply stopped responding to emails or attempted phone calls. I have no idea if we will ever see our money again, or if the stools ever existed, but I would highly caution potential customers. read more

Very shady business practices. They initially told me that my bed I ordered in march would arrive in 4-8 weeks. I sent them payment on paypal of almost $800 and they then told me it would be closer to the 8 weeks, which was fine. Well it turns out all they wanted was to ensure I could not open a claim with paypal because it was beyond the 45 day claim period. They would not communicate with me until i filed a claim with the BBB, in which they lied to the BBB and claimed they had contacted me and shipped the item. I have not had any contact with them despite repeated emails and phone calls, they are ignoring me. I have still not gotten refunded my money and have not received the item i ordered. They are 100% a scam in my personal experience and i highly recommend purchasing from a different company. You know one that actually delivers a product instead of blatantly scamming and ignoring their customers who have already paid. read more

I had an identical experience to the review above mine. They are definitely a scam so beware. After ignoring my multiple attempts to rectify transaction, owner became very aggressive and threatened me. I'm in the process of filing BBB claim as well. Am Ex and Paypal have been heavily involved and gotten nowhere with him as well. read more

I ordered and paid for (with a personal check) two custom Cedar log nightstands. I wanted to pay with a credit card but Bryan convinced me otherwise. What I received were two very poor quality nightstands that did not meet agreed upon specifications. I tried to resolve the issue with the owner (Bryan) to no avail. He agreed that the cabinets did not meet our contractual agreement for solid wood but refused to send me replacement doors. He lied numerous times, and became belligerent and irate. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and found out his business has the lowest F rating. I filed a complaint anyway but the BBB was unable to get timber Creek to fulfill their contractual agreement.. Based on my experience, poor yelp feedback and the worst BBB rating possible I would urge anyone not to do business with this company. They are absolutely the worst! read more

Always had a great experience at Timber Creek, have been ordering furniture from them for years (for about 15 to be exact) for our cabin Up north. The owner Bryan is very creative and they've made a few custom pieces for our living and dining room along with their standard rustic beds and nightstands for our bedrooms. I would highly recommend Timber Creek to anyone looking for unique and well-made rustic furniture! read more
