Not only was she successful, but I really feel like this is the best hair cut I've ever had in my life - even the ones where the stylist wasn't trying to rescue my hair from something I'd done. I am so thankful that instead of just giving up and taking the easy route (cutting it all off), Vickie really took her time and I appreciate it so much. Not only was she having to work a miracle with the burned portion, she also had to wade through the two years that I've been cutting my hair myself (and not well, mind you. I sent her photos and she was able to provide me a very competitive quote for Keratin. My appointment was excellent! She gave me a consultation on lowlights, we covered the gray at my roots, applied the lowlights, and finished with a Keratin treatment. She also had a great recommendation for a deep conditioner, which I will use today! She also treated me to aesthetics services, dying my eyebrows, which are turning silver!
