During the time of COVID-19, I stopped at Tim Hortons to grab a quick lunch. I ordered the Artisan-Style Grilled Cheese (artisan sliced whole wheat bread, processed Cheddar, shredded Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese), potato wedges, donut and coffee.
The grilled cheese was poorly prepared and didn't taste good; it was also incorrectly assembled, with cheese on the outside (bread+cheese+bread+cheese, instead of bread+cheese+bread), which got part of the cheese all stuck on the paper wrapping. The potato wedges were alright. Donut and coffee were consistent with other stores.
Service was terrible. During my visit, this store prioritized the drive-thru. They only had one person serving people in the store, while the rest of the staff focused on the drive-thru. As a consequence, a very long line formed and it took an unreasonable long time to be served. While in line, I saw a lady giving up and leaving, while another customer gave up waiting in the store, got in his car and went to the drive-thru.
