We stayed 1ni nearby & decided to stop here for a quick bite to take with us & eat on the road. We ordered 2 wraps & 6 donuts for the 4 of us. We ended up with (& were charged for) 3 wraps & 7 donuts. We didn't feel like disputing it, so, we rolled with it, since the charges & the order matched. Service was not friendly - tho I'll note they were VERY busy, especially for off-season. It also took a long time to get the order, and a sit down restaurant may have actually been faster. That said, everything was fresh &, with ordering cooked food at what is essentially a donut shop, we anticipated it would take a bit longer than just getting donuts from the display Case. This Tim Hortons is an absolute mess. The staff are rude, unprofessional, and clearly don't follow proper protocols. I waited at the counter for almost an hour for a simple coffee and sandwich, and they didn't call any numbers at all. When I finally went up to ask what was going on, the staff member who was supposed to be calling the numbers actually yelled at me, loudly enough that the entire store turned and stared. He claimed, "I called your number 26 times!" How were they even keeping track of that, and why was I, along with others standing nearby, never able to hear my number being called? It's not just the staff that's the problem--there are major maintenance issues too. The latte machine has supposedly been broken for two months now. Realistically, wouldn't management have fixed that within a month? It's clear they're just cutting corners at this point. Don't even get me started on the state of the bathrooms. Let's just say if I included that here, I'd probably get banned from Yelp. It's that bad. Honestly, Wawa would be better off opening another gas station that serves coffee in this spot. It would be ten times better than this excuse for a Tim Hortons. Avoid at all costs. read more

During the time of COVID-19, I stopped at Tim Hortons to grab a quick lunch. I ordered the Artisan-Style Grilled Cheese (artisan sliced whole wheat bread, processed Cheddar, shredded Mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheese), potato wedges, donut and coffee. The grilled cheese was poorly prepared and didn't taste good; it was also incorrectly assembled, with cheese on the outside (bread+cheese+bread+cheese, instead of bread+cheese+bread), which got part of the cheese all stuck on the paper wrapping. The potato wedges were alright. Donut and coffee were consistent with other stores. Service was terrible. During my visit, this store prioritized the drive-thru. They only had one person serving people in the store, while the rest of the staff focused on the drive-thru. As a consequence, a very long line formed and it took an unreasonable long time to be served. While in line, I saw a lady giving up and leaving, while another customer gave up waiting in the store, got in his car and went to the drive-thru.
