I ended up being in the Temiskaming area over the May long weekend and was surprised to find out they were open on Victoria Day. They actually opened at 7am that day! Their cheese curds had a mild squeak after leaving a few pieces out in room temperature for around 10-15 mins. I like how they have a variety of flavours for both their cheese curds, block cheddar and mozzarella. Looking forward to enjoying the variety of cheese I got. I really appreciate that they enforced social distancing rules and limited store capacity to 3 customers at a time. They have a separate door for entering and exiting.

Recently, I tried their vanilla-caramel cupcake ($3.50), which had caramel in the middle. The icing on top was very fresh, but I could have done without the funky turquoise food dye and the dragees. Very clean inside with comfortable seating for a dozen people. There is also seating outside during the warm summer months.
