We were looking forward to a nice treat from TH and a shopping evening. I placed an online order at about quarter to 5pm, their site says open till 8pm. We arrived and got a sorry we're closed. I mentioned my online order and was told to proceed to the window. My daughter's coffee had cream on it and it was asked not to have any. They shoved me the rest of my order into my hand and slammed the window. So I just drove away. The Red Bull drink I received had no red bulll it was all syrup and melted ice water. My daughter got sick off her coffee. They threw the donuts Into the bag without separating them with some kind of paper and smeared them all together. Enjoy an apple fritter with white cream and chocolate frosting all over it. thanks Tim Hortons for wasting my money and making my trip a total downer. We started ordering our food, and apparently tim hortens is out of everything?? we get to finishing up our order and another guy came onto the speaker and said "we don't have that either" and we started laughing we finished our order and pulled forward. get to the window and we are told we can be served because of the disrespect in the drive threw. Stopped on our way back home to TN. We love Tim Hortons. The lady that helped us had glasses but I didn't see her name. She was so very sweet. Made me a drink they didn't even have anymore and it was delicious. And our food was hot and amazing. Thank you TH read more

Used to be open 24 hours before pandemic, now sign says open at 5 a.m. Fine I can cant get coffee at all hours. That being said if you say you are gonna be open at 5 am then you need to be open with employees there ready to serve the customers not 6:30 or later. I was there this morning and by 6:30 the menu board was lit up but noone there but an employee that couldnt even get in to work and I had seen at lease 30 people drive off because there was noone to take and fulfill orders. read more

I love this Tim Hortons! The service is so friendly and really fast, and the food and coffee are always fantastic. My only complaint is that a lot of the items are frequently out of stock. Other than that, this is the best Tim Hortons in the area and I look forward to going there for their amazing coffee! read more

Great place for quick fresh coffee at usually better prices than Starbucks. Employees are polite. Only complaint is that items are frequently under stocked and often out but that seems to be a problem with the chain overall not specifically just this Piqua location. read more

I just ordered a BLT panini and was very disappointed. There were only three strips of thin bacon and they were clumped in one spot. I was driving so I was unable to adjust. I was not a fan of a tomato and lettuce sandwich. Will not be going back anytime soon. read more

This is a great place. They are really fresh. They are open 24 hours - This is amazing. They also have FREE WIFI - this is wonderful. I did not know when I moved in October middle 2014 :) Anyhow they are prepared to do special Veggie stuff also -very nice of them. Today I had a very good experience on the Croissant-very helpful. her name was Ms.Tara. She is very young- supervisor- but makes a difference. When I called -she could understand in one Go!:) Amazing. She could understand Asian Indian accent. This is surprising. They have variety - different donuts, bagels and they have sandwiches and Lunch- super ... Please visit this location if you are around- It is on the same street where Piqua City Hall in Water Street. Today was the first day I had a great experience this evening for Snacks. Great job by Ms.Tara -who goes out of the way to help out on Croissant and lot of things. Very quick, sharp and highly helpful. read more

I love Tim Horton's. Having worked here as well as being a frequent customer, I know my way around. The staff is helpful and polite, and the food and drinks are always delicious. When they run out of items, they are accommodating with selecting a replacement. Very good! read more

Disgusting inside. The workers were extremely rude as I asked for a certain donut and then informed me that they didn't have them (this is the third time they didn't have the donuts) and they got an attitude with me bc they didn't have them. Never come here the donuts were disgusting also-very dry. Super disappointed. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is awful. Terrible service and no product. I placed an order 2 hours ahead of time through the app for a dozen donuts to give them time to fill it and paid in advance. When I arrived, they had NONE of the donuts I ordered and there was only 2 kinds of donuts left in the store to choose from. Old fashioned glazed and cruellers. When I asked about crediting my money back to my card that i prepaid with, the girl said she couldn't do it and I'd have to try to figure it out through the app somehow. OR I could just drive 22 miles back to her store tomorrow and pick up my original order. Don't waste your time. read more

Can we get one in the south? I love their Tim Bits. They have amazingly good coffee. I did have a breakfast sandwich the last time I was here, and it was OK. I'm more into the coffee and donuts. They are fresh and their drive-through may be long, but they move pretty quickly. This is my favorite part of going up north. read more

Decent coffee and pretty good food. I'm a fan of their chicken pesto panini. Also like their chocolate chip cookies, but those are hard to mess up! I used to stop regularly for coffee before work. They could have a line around the building, but they're so fast it takes no time to get through. read more

Oh, Tim Horton's, how I love thee! Fresh, delicious coffee, 24 hours a day - this is huge for Piqua, as there aren't a lot of places open very late around here. The food (especially those tasty, tasty doughnuts) is fantastic, and the employees are usually really friendly and helpful. read more

when they are busy, sometimes they are slow on getting the other register open, with 3 or 4 people hanging around the drive-up window. also the nice young girl with a tatoo on her right arm is very good with customers, but coffee should be closer to the registers and that would help the front counter help. read more
