I luv the sound of friendly chatter amongst colleagues in a work environment- but when this is done at the expense of the patron /well now you're experiencing the worst kind of "service" there is- neglect with a smile** Which isn't service at all but quite sinister.. I experienced a young lady trying to pick up an order through the drive thru. What I experienced was not very good. It seemed as though the two girls working kept slamming the window after yelling and screaming at her. Even threatened to call the cops but she never screamed at them. She may have been scared. The Tim Horton young white thin girl then came out to the drive thru line telling those of us waiting that the truck at the drive thru wouldn't move bc she didn't get her order. My order did get messed and I was inside waiting for it to be fixed for 40 minutes. That being completely taken out of the review the staff they have working are some of the most disrespectful people I've ever seen. Just serious lack of basic customer service. Everyone knows food service jobs are rough but the way I watched several interactions with customers including myself were beyond unprofessional. At 12:40 my wife and I went to Tim Hortons, Pataskala, Ohio for lunch. The store wasn't busy Our order was fine, but we were appalled that an employee was standing by the drive-thru VAPING, yes VAPING. Totally unacceptable in every sense of the word. Have to say--- been in Pataskala house sitting for the week and I LOVE this Tim Hortons!! Every morning before my FORTY-FIVE MINUTE commute to work I have ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and not only do they give me that but it has perfect grill marks.... What is this?? The hilltop Tim Horton's don't do this. Also their French vanilla cappuccino is nothing short of amazing. It's been a great week but I will be happy with my ten minute commute again though I will miss these wonderful bagels. read more

Not the worst Tim Hortons around. This location usually has everything well put together- more so in the recent months than previously. THE PROS: -only on a handful of occasions have they been out of something I asked for, they usually are well stocked. -handles crowds well, mornings aren't painfully busy. -kind customer service. -orders are always correct; all of mine have always been, anyway. I'd like to preface this by saying I don't drink coffee..so I can't attest to that, but they do have a hot white chocolate drink that I love with the caramel flavoring. (I'm all about caramel). During the season they do offer a pumpkin spice flavor, but get this.....they were out. I know it's a Sunday, but it's the season of everything pumpkin spice, right? Like many other fast food restaurants they rely on pre-made food. They are just there to warm them up. (I've heard they do that with the donuts too.) I ordered the Bacon, Egg & cheese on a muffin. The egg (even though it was cooked somewhere other than the store) was warmed there it still had a decent flavor which may have been attributed to the cheese. The bacon was, at best, room temperature (again, I know that heating it in the microwave can overcook it if not done properly). The muffin was my biggest complaint. I only give this place two stars because it's ALRIGHT in the afternoon. I wake up at 5 am every morning I leave 30 minutes early and still end up late to my destination. There's usually two girls working and one of them doesn't do anything with her AirPods in while there's a line wrapped around . They usually take one order at a time which makes no sense to me. Instead of having a line to take the next customer, people kept jumping in front of other people; despite them waiting in line like everyone else. Went through the drive thru at 9pm. I know for a fact they close at 10pm because I worked at Tim Hortons before and all other ones close at 10pm. Nobody answered the speaker after I waited for 5 minutes. Went over to Taco Bell and sat in the parking lot to eat my food and they shut off all the lights and had thrown away the food at 9:30. Saw another car go through the drive thru at 9:30ish and they didn't answer for them either. read more

Don't go around morning rush hour because it always packed and if you try to park & go inside you will be stuck til someone is nice and let's u out. It was little after 11 am and I have no idea how I ended up here. I am not even from around here! Anyway I was told they were out of turkey bacon. I said ok fine use regular bacon on this overpriced egg biscuit. Then customer right behind me, an older lady, asked for turkey bacon too. I swear my jaw dropped to the floor when I heard the employee say very calmly: "Sure it will be 7 minutes to cook fresh ones is that ok?". Darn it. Am I really that ugly?. I've been to this location about a dozen times. Every Time I go I expect a different result but its always the same. They are constantly in a state of shock and or panic. There is always a ton of customers waiting around for their orders inside. And Every employee is working on the drive thru because its always backed up, forgetting about the customer inside staring at them. Seems to me this place is mismanaged and under trained. I feel bad for them because it's not like they aren't trying to help they just seem to not know what they are suppose to do. I'll be back again because I love Tim Hortons. I took my wife to this Tim Hortons and they had a very dirty shop. We had to clean off our own table because all there tables were dirty and the floors had not been swept. I ordered my wife a coffee and they had put curdled milk In her drink. When I showed the young lady she acted as if it was no big deal. Her co-worker had to tell her it was spoiled milk. And there donuts were dry as well. I will not go back. I was very disappointed as I love Tim Hortons. I hope they do something about there service. Would not recommend. read more

Don't know what the bad reviews are about. Maybe just difficult customers, because I love tim hortons, and I go several times a week. Yeah, maybe I only get iced coffee and an occasional chocolate dipped donut, but it's Tim Hortons, so that's what I'm there for. The iced coffee is my favorite thing in the entire world. I have been there multiple times in one day on numerous occasions. I have a job, so I can do whatever I want with my money. So that's what I do with it. And maybe it's just because I love donuts, but the chocolate dipped donut is tasty. And the people working are so nice. There's one girl that's there in the mornings sometimes and like she is always so nice, like it just adds a little something to your day when people are nice to you. I love it. read more

Been coming here every now and then. I don't think they've had jelly/cream filled doughnut holes a single time I've come here, so I don't bother with any timbits which is usually the only snack I'll get with my coffee. My girlfriend will almost always get a French vanilla cappuccino while I get a Carmel iced Capp. The iced Capps seem to taste pretty good every time, exactly the same, but the French vanilla cappuccinos are way better at other locations, even in the nationwide arena in Columbus. Almost forgot, when I ordered the extra large French vanilla Capp, the lady brought out a large and said "sorry we're out of extra large cups so this overflowed". So we were given a smaller, stickier cup for the extra large price. read more

Worst coffee every Time! Restrooms are nasty and customer service is terrible

I had sworn off this place because of a terrible customer service experience. I tried to give you another chance because someome told me things had changed. I ordered a grilled cheese combo. I asked about subbing soup for the chips. The menu clearly said the charge was 1.50. I asked what soups were available. The girl mentioned chili so I ordered it. Get to the window and am told my total is 9.76. I say I don't want to pay that it should have been 6.00. I was being pretty nice about it, and would have gladly taken a different soup instead, had that been suggested. However the "manager" comes and tells me with attitude, as if I should have known, that the chili is not part of the soups available to sub for 1.50. I said well then I'd rather not have the chili. She pulled the soup out of the bag and literally threw the sandwich on the counter towards me and walked away. Needless to say I left them with their sandwich and told them i would never be back. Worst customer service i have ever had. I would give 0 stars if I could. read more

This Tim Horton's SUCKS!!! I stopped here today at 11 AM to get 10 chocolate Tim bits and of course they tell me they don't have any...I called the manager and tell her they are ALWAYS out of something I order, her reply was..."I'm sorry we are under new ownership" but I know they've been under new ownership for at least 4 months now...does it really take 4+ months to be able to make sure you have Timbits (the product you are "known" for) at 11am? This isn't the first time this has happened either, whenever I go there they are out of something and from the reviews I've read I'm not the only one it happens to!! Horrible location, they rarely get my order right, are insanely slow and their donuts always seem to be out of inventory. I love a sour cream donut but even that was bad here, someone looked like they put the icing on too fast before it had cooled and was a sticky slimey mess!
