Turned to her card reader, swiped the card and without looking stuck the card out the window for me to reach out to get since it was no where close to my vehicle. She than walked away from the window. I have no idea if there was money on the card, how much is left on the card, or if i ended up driving away with a free coffee. Quite possibly the worst customer service experience i have had at a drive through, and that says a lot given how poor some businesses are in that department.

Service was good, but the two waitresses had a whole room to contend with so it was brief and efficient. All told, worth a visit if you're in the area and certainly better than the alternatives.

Couldn't believe how flat they are now, not at all the quality they used to be. I've about had it with the quality of food and can't see myself returning any time soon. They offer a variety of treats and bakery items, coffee and tea. They also have sandwiches and bagels and wood fire pizza. The pizza was delicious I love the red sauce they use. The brown sugar shaken espresso was delicious not too sweet. I would come back for sure they carry caledon hills brewery beer as well
