Classic Tim Hortons. Mediocre coffee, average baked goods and quick service. To get more than three stars is going to take something from national management - sandwiches that don't taste like cardboard and coffee that isn't bitter. As for this specific branch, it does fine. I've never had poor service or a wrong order. Nothing against the fine people at this location, but Tim Hortons need to step up its game to compete in the coffee shop world. read more

I went there at 5:25 am. They apparently open at 5. I went inside to use the bathroom bathroom was a big mess! (not too busy, only 3 people in line). After using the bathroom, I seen that the line up was 3 people (not the same 3 people). But I was in a bit of a hurry so I decided to go through the drive through. I got in my truck and 2 vehicles in line. So not an overly busy morning for a Tim Hortons. I ordered a a Bacon and egger on a biscuit meal with an extra large double double. And asked for a dozen donuts for the people I work with. After about 30 seconds they came back and said that they only had 6 donuts left (how the heck do you run out of donuts 30 minutes after you opened on a Thursday morning that isn't very busy?) I noticed that my order wasn't being entered on the screen, but they asked me to proceed to the window anyway. So I went to the window and they asked me again for my order. I repeated it very clearly. Except with only 6 donuts. They handed me my donuts, and my bacon and egger. Last came my coffee. They said to me to have a nice day, like my order was done. By this time I was like "forget it, I don't care about the hash brown." So I drove away. I get a half mile away and open my bacon and egger on a biscuit, and it's a Bacon and egger on an English muffin. Take a sip of my coffee and it's sweetener! Not sugar! I'm one of those guys that almost never complains about anything and over tips at restaurants. I felt the need to write THIS. Not one single part of my entire service was correct. Very messy bathroom, didn't get my hash brown, sweetener instead of sugar in my coffee, bacon and egger came on an English muffin instead of a biscuit, and didn't have enough donuts to order a dozen for the team at work, 30 minutes after they opened!
