I'm quite impressed with this locations all ladies running the back. There are two cashiers, not too much line up. Dont forget to byom for 10 cents off. I like this and I dont like this, they should just have one mug rate just to reward you rather than trying to match your mug size. Napkins are above the garbage dispenser, not where you order. I don't even go into the storefront anymore. Tables go uncleaned (pandemic aside this is what it was like before the pandemic), floors covered in ripped up paper and napkins and whatever else. The displays of baked goods usually has wrappers or bags just lying around, flies are almost always hanging out on the baked goods. Drink wise, you get what you get. Sometimes it is right. Sometimes it is reaaaaallll bad. Coffee is not usually switched out every 20 minutes unless people remember about it. Then you end up with burnt, gross, gritty coffee. The baskets screw up all the time and then you end up with grinds in the pot and it is just a pain because the servers don't even care they just pour the coffee in your cup and don't even tell you. The food is hit or miss depending on who is working. Sometimes your food is bang on and other times you just have absolutely no idea what on Earth you are even eating! Most employees are pretty decent. But you get some who make you question how they even got a job dealing with people all day every day. And the lack of hospitality is VERY prevalent but depends on the time of day and who you get. read more
