Our Tim Hortons in Canora has had many challenges since it was opened which I don't understand but the best I can advise at this point is that if these businesses have websites advertising their businesses they should ensure that their opening and closing times are accurate. This particular business changed hours of business on October 21st and you would think someone in charge of the website would've changed this info so the customers can support them while they are open as more and more people are relying on their digital devices for this info. I have in the past tried to talk to the current manager about some of the issues I have encountered in dealing with this establishment (the dirty floor,I was told the mop doesn't fit in the pail, I wonder what the answer to that might be) to have the manager just walkaway like I didn't matter. I have had concerns for a long time about the uncleanliness in this place as I have worked in the food service industry for 30 plus years and do NOT understand when cleanliness became so unimportant. I have also listened to the employees since the beginning with their concerns as to how they have been treated and hope that at some point soon that changes! I ask at this point that someone look at how our Timmies is running in Canora and help this manager to implement positive change for the customers and employees. read more
