Was very easy to deal with. The lighting and security cameras are much better than my last spot.

This is the most confusing and frustrating system I've ever seen. the office is NOT located at the storage units and the address given for the storage office takes u to a home realty office. If this is the office the hours listed on the site are wrong. When calling the phone number u are told you're being transferred to the local office but are then asked to leave a message because they are helping other customers. The storage property is dirty and is NOT as depicted on the website at all. Shame on U-Haul.com for recommending this place. read more
