They failed to disclose many items, including massive amounts of wood rot that had just been painted over outside the building. They were also required by the homeowners association to disclose the fact that the seller had put custom cabinets and 2 gin safes in the garage, that needed to be removed when the home was sold. The seller had a special permit to park outside that would expire when she sold the property. They did not disclose these to us, yet the HOA told her, seller, and agent, in writing. They never installed they required smoke and carbon monoxide detectors! They tore off the Ring cameras and removed the built-in gas barbecue that were part of the sale. I've got more TEA to spill, this is the tip of an iceberg. We still haven't gotten our security deposit back after the close of escrow from August, and it's in an interpleader and the courts. We are free to discuss and disclose this, there is no secrecy here, except for the shady dealings with this realtor. Feel free to contact me, the buyer, directly for more. If you look at the attached picture of the for sale sign they just hung outside our neighbors house one street over, you need to be not more than two feet away from the sign to get the spelling of their web-site correct. The "o" and "a" in the the URL are almost perfectly identical, just a slight smudge of difference even on a new sign, let alone a weathered sign. When I read it while driving by slowly, I didn't notice the slight difference, so the "a" was entered as an "o" in the URL on my web-browser. That misspelling meant I couldn't find their web-site when trying to look it up. Not the biggest problem, but it goes to attention to detail in marketing. Don't choose fonts that have easily confused critical letters. Even the "A" in company logo has half the cross member of the "A" missing. I recommend using colors or other ways to emphasize yourself, not obtuse and hard to read fonts that don't rapidly convey information when you only have a fraction of a second to take it in. Alternatively, redirect the likely URL misspellings to the correct web-site. Again, nothing against the people of the company, I haven't had any interaction with them.
