If you are currently searching for a planning and coordination team that combines a relentless work…read moreethic with a genuine heart for their clients, look no further than Say Yes Weddings and Events. Having partnered with them as a vendor on several occasions, I have seen firsthand the level of dedication this team pours into every single event. From the owners to the onsite staff, their commitment to excellence is consistent, professional, and--most importantly--deeply personal. What truly sets Say Yes apart is their ability to anticipate the "unseen" details that a client might not even know to consider. While couples focus on the big picture, this team is in the trenches managing the fine print. They are experts at navigating the specific limitations of vendor contracts and staffing, ensuring that every professional on-site is empowered to do their best work without overstepping boundaries. I've watched them meticulously protect family heirlooms and personal decor, treating those items with the same reverence as the family does. They even go as far as managing the perimeter to ensure uninterrupted processionals, keeping distractions at bay so that the most sacred moments of the ceremony remains flawless. As a vendor, I am always provided with an incredibly detailed, comprehensive timeline. It's clear that they don't just dictate a schedule; they collaborate with their couples to ensure every song choice and "must-have" moment is protected. This level of preparation allows the entire vendor team to stay perfectly in sync with the client's vision, creating a seamless experience for everyone involved. One of my favorite things about working with them is their proactive (and sometimes humorous!) approach to "managing the chaos." Whether it's using a megaphone to organize a rowdy crowd of 150+ guests or staying focused during the high-energy transitions of a reception, they do whatever it takes to get the job done. Watching them line up a massive group for a grand exit is like watching a masterclass in coordination--they ensure the couple gets that "perfect shot" while keeping the energy high and the guests happy. For any couple looking for a team that will maximize your budget, respect your time, and advocate for your vision from start to finish, I cannot recommend Say Yes Weddings and Events highly enough. They are an incredible team that stays on par with every request and works tirelessly all day to ensure your event is nothing short of perfection. An incredible team, all the way!

I called the florist on 4 July to ensure they could deliver the arrangement on the 4th. The florist told me she didn't have all the flowers for what I selected, but could put something together, which I was grateful and agreed. She texted me a picture of what was being delivered, which I approved. The arrangement was not close to what I paid for but it was more important to me that the family received an arrangement during their grieving time. The recipient contacted me on 6 July to inform me the flowers were dead after only a few days after delivery, despite proper care. I was out of town but did contact the florist at my soonest. She promised a replacement arrangement which never happened, so I contacted her again with a photo from the 6 July and to express my disappointment that they never sent a replacement arrangement. After many texts and the florist accusatory comments I told the florist not worry about a replacement or refund because at this point she had insulted my character. She told me she wish she had refused my order, due to a lack of flowers during the holidays and promised a refund, which never happened. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality and customer service and caution others against ordering from here.
