The shopping is a bit rough- it's not exactly the cheapest place to shop in Mexico. It's not the most expensive- that honor seems to belong to the other grocery up the road a mile or two and the Cancun Pointe. The aisles are a bit jammed together, and they certainly cater to the gringo tourista. They have new swimsuits, hats, sunglasses, plenty of cerveza, tequila, mixers, and food. A bakery section offers pan dulces and a variety of things to make sandwiches with. There's a bunch of bottled water, and everything you need to feel at home. This place is more than just a house of tequilas. It is quite large inside with many kinds of liquors, beverages, snacks, souvenirs, clothing, and lots of drug store items. Pretty much a little bit of everything that you would find in a convenience store. We had fun shopping here because they had so much to check out. It was of course, similar to other touristy shops along the busy streets of the zone, but at least we weren't bothered by employees following us around to get us to buy something! This made me much more interested in making purchases here than elsewhere!
