Each time, we have had the BEST experience working with her on pick-up & drop-off times because Barb is flexible and compassionate. We had 2 family emergencies back-to-back that required short notice for boarding our fur babies. Barb jumped to our rescue and took care of our pups so we could travel back to the states despite giving her virtually no notice. She sent us pictures of the pups playing while we were gone that reassured us they were in good hands! Barb's kind-hearted ways made us feel like she is now part of our family! Each time our fur babies come home they seem so relaxed and happy- like they've just had a resort vacation! They love playing with the other pups there, and I can tell that Barb gives them tons of extra snuggles, too! It's also super convenient to book her grooming services while she watches the pups, so when we go to pick them up they are perfectly pampered and clean!
