We called, the assistant told us to come right away, and when we arrived, 15min later, everything was already set for us, included the syringes. Both Dr Schumaiko and his assistant were friendly, very attentive, and helped us get our bulldog out of trouble. It is worth adding that we paid a very reasonable price, despite the emergency weekend visit and the fact that we were not regulars. I also have to commend the fact that they worked very hard at speaking English to make sure we understood everything that was done, since our German was not good enough to fully comprehend the technical details of the veterinary care we were receiving.
