I called him back on my phone and left another voicemail. He has not answered or returned my call. UPDATE: Even after suing the company they still refuse to reach out to me to mail the check. Ive called many times and no return call. They do not answer the phone either. WORST PLACE IN VA BEACH. Do not believe anyone who says good work comes out of this shop. Pictures of the whole thing are uploaded for proof of what comes out of this shop. By far the worst work I have ever seen. I recently got a brand new BMW and wanted to get the roof wrapped and chose this location. The biggest mistake I made in a while. John Reeves is the owner of this location and he told me that no white paint would be showing and I would be very happy with the results. I had to bring my car back 2 different days because they worked on it after hours. After my car was finished I saw the horrid job and wanted to give it time to maybe fix itself before I jumped to conclusions. I hear there is a cure time and was hoping that would fix itself. It didn't. I went to talk to John on April 2nd about getting a refund and he wanted me to let him make it right by taking the vinyl off and re-apply it. After seeing what they did the first time there was no way I would let them even touch my car again. I gave him my cell number, email address, and my address thinking he would reach out to me and update me about something. I thought a week would be plenty of time for some sort of answer about what he was going to do and I still have not heard anything from him to this day. I brought this to small claims court. He didn't show up. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!! On the bright side he ended up paying for my new roof wrap and it looks so much better thanks to DC Design and Media! Great people over there! STAY AWAY FROM SPEED PRO VA BEACH!! John had 11 days to appeal the case and still have not heard a thing from him about ANYTHING! If the owner replies to this do not listen. He had plenty of time to fix this issue

In my case, I had them do a vinyl wrap for a purple Decepticons emblem on the hood of my Toyota RAV4. The emblem brightly lights up at night (see picture). The technician Jason spend a number of days working the fine details to get this project right. The result is the most cutting-edge vinlyl wrap Decepticons emblem on the hood of my car (see picture). Thanks to Jason and SpeedPro imaging for their professionalism and commitment to excellence!

I'm honestly disgusted. This is probably been the most unprofessional place we've ever dealt with…read more It mostly has to do with the current owner. He is probably one of the most disrespectful human beings I've ever encountered. The that he treated my husband is so unprofessional and rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone! if I had a recording of our phone conversation, I would post it! Absolutely atrocious! Only come here if you plan on spending 1000+ dollars as they keep your lawn mowers for 4+ months!

I had to take my EGO 56V self-propelled lawn mower to Capital Repair Services in Virginia Beach,…read moreand they sent it to their Richmond branch for repair. The Richmond team worked directly with the manufacturer to quickly diagnose the problem, obtain the necessary parts, and complete the repair in a timely manner. A special thanks goes to Pete for taking the time to identify that my mower was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Because of his attention to detail, the entire repair was completed at no cost to me. The professionalism, communication, and customer service provided by both Harry in the Virginia Beach and Pete in the Richmond branch were outstanding. I highly recommend Capital Repair Services to anyone needing repairs on their outdoor power equipment.

I took my Ego lawn mower to this place after an experience from another repair company that left me…read morefeeling very uncomfortable. My mower was less than 2 months old but needed to have the self propelled mower replaced as it was defected. The first place on the list that would repair Ego mowers was this other place that had a 30 dollar deposit which would be refunded after the warranty covered the repairs. What made me uncomfortable was the fact that the wait was over a month before they would look at it. Not only that, it would be sitting outside in the elements (or a somewhat covered area still outside). It was the hottest time of the summer and I felt with an electric mower, it wouldn't be good for the components, the fading or whatever would occur in that months time. I didn't like that and called Capital. Capital answered right away and said they could have it seen in less than 2 days and repaired as soon as the parts came in. I was looking at a week vs over a month. Their deposit was 60 dollars however I didn't care about that because I knew it was covered by ego. Everything went very smooth and a week later, my mower was fixed and back to brand new status. It was actually better than new because the motor to the self propelled was defected from the beginning. I got the deposit back with no hassle and was on my way. I was thrilled with the service and for certain would be taking my equipment back here if ever needed. Oh, I did mention to them the other place had my mower outside and he was shocked to hear that especially with an electric one. He took me over to the warehouse that was an actual building and showed me where my mower would be. That was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this place for your repairs.
