This is a newer car wash in Hinesville but I'm sold. I came here the other day because we recently added a white car to our family and I did not realize the maintenance that comes with it aka you can see any bit of dirt. So during my lunch date I was talking to my friend and she recommended this place, she also recently got a white car so I knew I really had to check it out. Customer service was exceptional and I actually ended up joining their monthly club where you pay 29 a month and can get a car wash everyday if need be plus they have vacuums that are covered that you can also use daily as well. The worst car wash I've ever used!! You would be better off spitting on it. After canceling the membership, I was charged AGAIN!! They males it impossible to cancel with a person on the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just want to cancel my membership. I have spent three months writing e-mails, visiting with my local car wash attendants, making multiple requests through the online portal...and still, I keep getting charged for a service that I do not want. The actual car wash service has been great, except for the vacuum machines not being operable for almost three months at my location. I have not received any replies from actual people for over three months. I am just tryin to cancel my service. I would NOT sign up for a membership again. read more

5 star review -The staff is very friendly and respectful of my vehicle. There are always towels and window cleaner. The vacuum suctions are always clean and all of them work. They fit in the holders and do not make a terrible loud noise because they are ill fitted in the stand. They offer to power wash rubber mats for extra cleanliness. read more

on March 15 at approximately 6:55 PM I went to get my truck washed and their machine scratched up my paint on both sides. The owner scared and barely wanted to take my statement, kept claiming that his brushes could not do that. They're not engineered to do that. He didn't care even to show common respect to settle this like a man. He literally blew me off and kept saying that we're not responsible even though he took my statement and filed a claim and then after over a month of waiting, he finally sent me an email dated tomorrow saying that they're not responsible. The Bible says touch not anointed and do that harm you guys have of God's very own elect, and because of that in the near future, your business will bankrupt, and you will lose your life because you did not take care of and you think that you make so much money that you can't show respect or even acknowledge that you made a mistake. I've never filed a claim in any car wash and I brought my truck here multiple times but it's OK today. That'll be the glory because he says vengeance is mine says the Lord he will repay those that do me wrong and you gotta pay back seven times what you stole from me. My prayer is that God will forgive you and have mercy on your soul because like I said when you mess with one of his, there is no mercy. I have advised people to avoid this place at all costs. It's unprofessional. It's old and falling apart. If you want your car to get scratched up, go ahead and get it washed here they will tell you they are not responsible after waiting over a month, even though they filed a claim. avoid this place all I'm gonna get the word out and everyone I know everybody that is in this area. Just be aware if you give them a card for payment they will sign you up for a monthly service for $23.97 even after you tell them not to. You can call them and tell them you never authorized monthly charges. They will tell you they will credit you account and then not do it. Finally on the third call they will cancel your account and tell you to late for refund. THen you have to cancel thru your bank and wait for a new card. Crooks read more

The customer service experience here 10/10! We had window chalk on and we're just expecting them to run a brush over the windows to loosen it up a bit and then go through the car wash. Nope they went above and beyond breaking out the scrapers and gently removing all three windows worth of window chalk. Although certain times if the day you can experience long lines, the wait is very well worth it. My wife and I are monthly members for our personal vehicle and I also use Tidal Wave to keep my company vehicle shiny and appealing. Bettet than handwashing in my driveway and the ceramic wax is a huge added plus, as I don't find myself having to go but once a week as the cars always look clean. read more

I do not know about the other employees but the two male caucasian older and younger who does the early morning shift. Both don't love their job and need customer service training. Or maybe they didn't have their morning coffee FYI: they don't like dirty cars because its a lot of work for them and it uses a lot of their water. Rinse your car before you go there. They would like you to apply for the membership and not pay $10.00 car wash, maybe for commission. A couple of dollars could help pay the bills. read more

Great place to clean our cars. We have the family plan and go at least once a week to clean our SUV's. The only complaint I could have is that with a young team they don't worry about customer service and don't always do their jobs. One day going thru 3 of them were busy talking instead of pre-cleaning or helping the customers. Could work on making sure customers are taken care of. read more

I was greeted nicely at the pay kiosk, even though it was obviously just an effort to get me to pay for the subscription, still nice and friendly. I continued on to the line to wait to get my car cleaned and the guy that scrubs your car before you go in only cleaned one half of my windshield and then just stopped and started on the truck behind me...wtf? So I won't go back. Plus the actual wash wasn't even that good. read more

I've come through multiple times and really like this place! It can get very busy, but it's worth the wait! At other drive thru locations, my car would still be visibly dirty, but here that hasn't happened. I love their vacuum stations, too! They provide rags and cleaner for the interior, so the entire car can be spotless! Definitely recommend!! They do offer memberships. read more

This was my first time trying out this car wash. I would have given 5/5 had the manager not came to the guys that were cleaning the extremely hard to get off bugs off my car and hollered several times that "it's a $10 service it doesn't take that long". Clearly the manager is all about money and not the actual experience. The boys who were scrubbing my car were so sweet and I hope they get a better manager especially one who doesn't belittle them especially in-front of customers. Overall great place for a quick car was. You do gotta get off and wipe off any water still left on your car to be streak free.
