On Friday May 8, I was listening to a Bozz Scaggs song on-line (computer) and when it ended, up popped Ticket Centers.com announcing Bozz Scaggs would be performing in San Francisco in September 2026. I looked at the venue seating map and spotted one ticket left on the FLR B seating area in front of the stage. Clicked on it for $379 and was then asked for my all of my contact information as well as bankcard info. Filled everything out and within minutes, I received a purchase confirmation via email which showed my seating area as BOX E2. Best way to describe the seating area/location would be as if you were looking at a clock dial, FLR B woud be in the 6 o'clock area and BOX E2 is up at 2 o'clock! Bait and switch $379 SCAM. I immediately went on Ticket-Center's chat demanding this transaction be cancelled and my money be refunded! They refused... Spoke with their customer service twice and received the same response, no refunds! I received a text message from rep Jeanilyn to call them to discuss this matter 'further', that resulted in no resolution/no refund! I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Dover,Delaware area and filed a fraud charge with my bank. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS. They promise you can resell the tickets if you cannot use them, but when they send you the "confirmation of ticket purchase", it does NOT contain the seat numbers, and they won't guarantee you will get the seat numbers until the day before the event, when it will be impossible to sell them. In addition, their site is designed to make you think you are dealing the place the tickets are for. THEY ARE NOT legitimate sellers of tickets for those sites. These people take your money and may deliver the tickets, but not until you cannot possibly resell them. These people are crooks. BEWARE. Look at all the other warning letters before you buy from these people. I wish I had checked them out on YELP before using them. Avoid this organization and other third-party ticket resellers. In December, 2024, I purchased two tickets to a show that took place on June 21, 2025. I was billed for the tickets and told they would be available at the box office by June 18, 2025. The tickets were never provided. Today, I read a review of Tickets-center on Reddit and found that the consensus is that the site is overpriced and shady. I agree with this. I purchased tickets at more than 4 times the price charged by the box office and they never were provided. When I called the box office on June 18, I was informed that they had no record of my name or that any tickets had been purchased under my name. In addition, when I called the "emergency contact" listed in an email I received from Tickets-center, I spoke to the person who supposedly purchased the tickets in my name. She sent me a confirmation email supposedly sent by the venue. When I sent this confirmation email to the box office, I was informed that the tickets for the seats listed in the email were assigned to someone else and that the email seemed to have been altered to make it appear that the tickets were in my name.  The customer support for Tickets-center is worse than poor. I used their chat facility to communicate with a "senior" customer service representative about my tickets not being available at will call. The representative repeatedly put me on hold to check various things. The process took more than 30 minutes and all he could do was direct me to show up at the box office one hour before the performance. No attempt was made to correct the situation that I described above. On June 18, I sent a follow-up email to Tickets-center and was informed that I would receive a response within 3-5 business days, i.e., 3-10 days after the show was scheduled to occur. WARNING! First know that this company intercepts legitimate ticket purchases. You think you are on the venue website or Ticket masters but you are not. Second the prices they list are 100% inflated with enormous fees. When you realize that you made a mistake purchase, it's too bad. They do not offer any refunds even if you call immediately after. Many reviews site that they don't deliver your tickets often times until 1 hr before the event preventing you from requesting a charge back from your cc company for non delivered services. When you complain they tell you to try to resell the ticket yourself to your friends Avoid this SCAM company at all costs, they have covered their butts legally on all fronts so your only recourse is the contact the attorney general in your state issue a complaint to try to get this company shut down and out of business.
