Website is a hunk of junk. Error messages for no reason. Customer service is useless. Don't waste your time.

(Face value said $90) they definitely make their money. The cheap skate in me is screaming.. The Packer fan in me is saying totally worth it. I love that there is no service fee. However, That is incredible. Especially considering it is anywhere from $100-250 on NFL ticket exchange. After much thought about if we wanted to tailgate ourselves or join in at the resch party, we decided for the ease of it... The Reach center was it. We definitely did not eat or drink $60 worth of food and drinks. But... Convenience factor added in... It's comparable, I guess. The games and entertainment were great. I loved the dancing and door prizes, tho we didn't win. Booooo! My complaint was, however, We went in, Ate and enjoyed ourselves for nearly an hour. Then we walked around outside the gated area. We tried to get back in and the man taking tickets told us we didn't have the right passes to get in. We told him we were JUST in there. He told us we shouldn't have been, "those are not our wrist bands" and told us to go talk to another lady. We did. She also told us we were in the wrong area and we were to go next door to D2's. So we did. When we got to D2's, it wasn't sitting right with me... I knew we were in the wrong place. I opened my email via my phone and sure enough, it said RESCH CENTER. So we walked back over to the ticket counter, I showed her my email confirmation and she told us to take off the wrist bands that the store gave us, and gave us the proper tickets to get in. So yes, they rectified the situation... But still... They lost a star for that. Cause had I not had an email compatible phone to be able to look it up, we would have been in the wrong venue due to their own in office error. So my advice to you... Especially as a first time patron/tailgater... Make sure you bring your confirmation with you, in case of an error. All in all. It was a great experience. Many memories made. And I will definitely consider using them again.

Neither my husband nor I are really football fans these days. In fact, the last Super Bowl we truly…read moresat down and watched from beginning to end was Super Bowl XXIX back in 1995 -- the San Francisco 49ers versus the San Diego Chargers. My husband grew up in the Bay Area, so he was naturally a 49ers fan, while I was born in San Diego and rooted for the Chargers. So yes... it has been awhile. But while passing through Green Bay during a weekday trip, we found ourselves near Lambeau Field and figured, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do." And honestly, I am very glad we stopped. Even for someone who doesn't actively follow football, there is something undeniably impressive about Lambeau Field. The stadium feels less like a sports venue and more like a living piece of American history woven deeply into the identity of Green Bay itself. The Packers are one of the oldest and most storied franchises in the NFL, founded all the way back in 1919, and remarkably, they are still community-owned rather than controlled by a billionaire owner. There is a sense of pride and loyalty surrounding the team that feels very different from the atmosphere around many modern professional sports organizations. Walking around the stadium, we saw statues and tributes to legendary figures like Vince Lombardi, the iconic coach for whom the Super Bowl trophy itself is named. Even someone only casually aware of football history recognizes that name. My husband especially enjoyed revisiting memories of players like Brett Favre, whose name became synonymous with Green Bay football during the 1990s. One thing I found especially charming was how the stadium exists right within a residential neighborhood. You look around and see ordinary homes sitting not far from this legendary sports landmark, which somehow makes the place feel more personal and woven into everyday life rather than isolated behind massive commercial development. The atrium, halls, and displays throughout the area were beautifully maintained and full of memorabilia, photographs, and pieces of Packers history. Even without being die-hard fans ourselves, we found it surprisingly enjoyable to wander through and absorb the pride the city clearly has for its team. Sometimes while traveling, it's fun to experience things outside your usual interests simply because they matter deeply to the people who live there. And Lambeau Field definitely feels important to Green Bay.

This is a football heaven…read more Tailgating is set up so that even the most casual of fans are forced to happily participate in some pre-game activities. They have areas for personal tailgating, bars open up their spots like it's an open house, and vendors will be forcing drinks down your throat. Once you are inside, it's as if the history of football glows around you. The concessions will do enough for being in the middle of nowhere, Wisconsin, and the alcohol options will feel like a bar with good enough well drinks to get you through a game. Yes, get a cushion if you have a Hank Hill butt; otherwise, you should be okay with the occasional standing up. The fans were incredible, but I am also a Bengals fan, so what kind of threat are we when it was Joe Flacco throwing the ball for us? This is a wonder of the world in football; it will forever be a core sports memory of mine.

An Impressive Place and an Awesome Place for a First Timer…read more Went to a Packers game for the first time and went to Johnsonville Tailgate Village. I was more impressed by how they did their best to ensure short lines/quick waits at the counters than anything else, though the atmosphere is pretty cool too. Our group tried a little bit of everything on the menu, and the brat in a blanket stood out the most, though it was a lot more food than we thought. The regular brat was also very good. The beer is priced about where you'd expect for a professional footballs stadiums main hangout place. Their liquor selection isn't the widest but has a little bit of everything (food 4/5). I thought they also had a great staff who were always on the go looking around at who needed help. We had three different bartenders help us when we needed it, and two others who asked me if I needed anything despite the bevy of food in front of us and a half full beer. They were also professional and courteous. They also separate the food line well and have a separate line for just beer and brats versus everything else in the other lines. I never had to wait for more than one person in front of me. (service 5/5). The atmosphere is great: they have a live band and then also have guest appearances from the band who plays during the games (I forget their name) but it's all a part of the experience. These things are not easy to coordinate so major props here as well (Ambiance/Atmosphere 5/5). Granted, I imagine the wait to be longer and service to decline if the Packers were playing for something, but since they were out of the playoffs at this point, I'm assuming the crowd was much smaller and easier to manage (although there was still a line out the door and a slight wait to get in so maybe the crowd stays the same and the line outside just gets longer). Either way, an unforgettable experience for a first timer at a Packers game.

We're glad we did because there really isn't a heads up that you will be walking quite a distance within the mazes on the grounds of the National Rail Museum. I'll have more to say on that later. I had the Fast Pass, and I would DEFINITELY recommend it. If you look at many other reviews you'll see complaints about the lines, but this is an urban attraction, if you don't expect lines you aren't basing said expectations in reality. I arrived and walked directly to board the train. The train started moving with some strobe effects and a couple of actors came out to interact with the crowd. At this point, as a former theatrical group executive director, I admittedly started judging the level of these improv actors as higher end amateur. They were competent, don't get me wrong, but I felt a lot of the interactions felt kind of shallow. I think this may have to do with the amount of under 16 year old traffic that the attraction tends to receive, and these actors seemed to be working to keep it "family friendly." After the creeping train ride, you are sent through a forest maze the "Depths of Darkness." It's a pretty solid maze with various terrains and dioramas of decaying city and graveyards. There were a handful of live actors going for generic jump-scares, but as it will be throughout the attractions, my traveling solo seemed to throw their timing. The journey felt as though it was about a mile as you weaved back and forth. It would be EXTREMELY difficult for anyone with mobility issues to get through parts of this area with anything more than a cane (part of why my partner had to pass, as she's currently stuck using a rolling walker). That's not really an issue, but I'd definitely make the suggestion that they add a warning for anyone with mobility issues in the future. It was enjoyable, but I could see adding a little more effect lighting throughout this portion of the attraction, and I would work on figuring a way for the live actors to be more interactive for frights. After the haunted forest I once again came to a crossroads where I got to choose GA or Fastpass/VIP. The Fastpass/VIP path led to an outdoor lounge area that normally has concessions, and a bonfire. I was informed that the concession group didn't show up either. That was unfortunate, but understandable. After a quick rest I decided it was time to head towards Blackthorne Manner. Again, I got to "skip" the line, which was definitely substantial, although when I got the end of the VIP/Fastpass queue it was very confusing as the security (dressed as security) wasn't the most attentive to his job further than he knew he had to direct groups where to go. I wandered back and forth up the queue line confused for a few minutes before he finally asked me if I was alone. I also question the fact that this wasn't a stylized character, but someone wearing an orange security windbreaker, directing the groups into the manor's courtyard. Once inside the courtyard, the beautiful horror façade that one can see on the website, I was greeted by a stylized character who definitely was grasping for something to say to the 6'9" 450 lbs solo roller, and it definitely took him a minute to even come up with a generic response (again improve level, medium-high amateur). He let me into the house, laughing, and passing along a low clearance warning as I ducked through the door. Blackthorn Manor, the home of this year's "Book of Lost Souls" attraction, is aesthetically gorgeous. The detail in the room décor is high level. Lots of solid woodwork, and various types of craftwork throughout. Solid wax depictions of corpses (animal & human) at different levels of decay, most of the lighting effects were either to create shadows or strobing effects. It was pretty easy to find my way through the winding passages of the single floor 'manor," and again the majority of the human actors were going for the jump scares and my soloness was throwing their timing off. One actor in a "bald maniac" mask popped out and all I could do was chuckle and literally say to him/her "You should be In make-up not a mask" and they just made a grunt and popped back into their hiding spot. After weaving through quite a few rooms I finally hit a series of rooms with EXTREME strobe. I lost count how many times I walked into walls before I finally found my way outside. It is a very cool attraction. I definitely see a lot of room for improvement. If you've never been, it's definitely worth the trek and the ticket. I was expecting a bit more from the actors as Thirteenth Floor Productions is nationwide, and the themes that were presented as the attractions didn't really come across at all. Also marketing makes this seem like multiple attractions, but it's be very hard to separate them.

He has been going to this haunted house for 6 years and this was my second time going. We love haunted houses and we both agree we would never go back to this. We waited in line for 2 hours before getting to the train. We arrived around 8:30 and had our tickets online and we did not get on the bus until 10:30. The security is so strict and it felt like we were at the airport. None of the security people were kind and only barked at you to not have a vape because they had already confiscated so many. The 2 haunted houses were extremely short and we were out of the entire thing by 11:15. It was so not worth the wait or the money. This place needs to figure their shit out.
