They rival noodles I have had in California, and are even better than some places I have been to in California. I love their soup noodles, but especially their fried seafood noodle. Their delivery is also great, as they will pack the noodles separately from the soup to keep them from being overcooked and soggy. The "chive box" was very good (I am not sure what the name is in English, but it's a flattened dumpling that is fried, filled with chive and egg and little shrimp). Unlike most restaurants in this area, the hot tea was not complimentary and they didn't have any green tea so we went with a cup of oolong each. There's something about the pepper in Taiwanese and Chinese restaurants. It's usually very strong although it doesn't overpower the flavors of the food. We sat upstairs as the few table downstairs were full. Pity the table next to us was very loud, with one guy practicing his monologue about whatever.
