The thing I like about her is she communicates very well and she thinks outside of the box. I can tell with the way she responded to my messages that she cares about my expectations and at the same time my budget. She gives important updates about the task and she responds promptly when asked. Among all the party planners I asked, she has the most detailed plan and lowest price quote. She made sure that we understand each other and that shows her interest to gain my trust and business. I am not creative nor artistic so I sometimes had to ask her opinions. The owner is more than accommodating and gave me an extension on when I could turn in the stuff I rented. I really appreciated this and can't thank them enough. When going to drop the stuff off I was expecting to be a little late and called up and was again told I would be allowed to come a couple minutes late. The workers were friendly and genuine and didn't act upset or like we were burdening them too much. Again would recommend this place, true 5 star experience
