It was very quiet when we visited, with only a handful of people inside, although quite a few of the shoppers seemed to be American tourists. The space is beautiful, very photogenic, and located in a nice, easy-to-reach part of Florence.

Instead, it is mostly just a very polished retail showroom.
Overall, though, it is a beautiful store and a great place to see a huge variety of Ginori products in person.
