Last night we threw our Kick Off the Holidays party and had it catered by Thumbs Up. I lost track of how many people I invited, but that didn't matter, there was lots of food! Leslie and Mike made the evening perfect! As hosts my wife and I didn't lift a finger unless it was taking a bite, and all night long our guests were RAVING about the food! The pulled pork and the pineapple chicken were down-right drool worthy, and I loved the fresh bite of the fresh sweet peppers stuffed with a cheese mix! The hit of the show though were the snacks and desserts. The sugary pretzels and apples with Carmel dip, and the fruit with chocolate dip, and the brownie bites with this dab of Carmel magic, and the Bourbon snack mix.... oh and their SMOKED CHEESE!!! Obvi I thought it was amazing. The food really was out of this world, the friendliness of Leslie and Mike kept our guests entertained, and they cleaned it all up!!! I don't have another party planned for awhile, but I ordered my Christmas Smoked Turkey and Smoked ham already! You should too!! read more
