Leah has horrible customer service skills! She was supposed to call us back about state farm…read morecanceling our insurance because of supposedly having a fireplace and missing shingles! Come to my house! Do a tour! We have no fireplace, natural gas!!! Also, no missing shingles! Not one! Leah never called back and now our insurance is possibly canceled. Tried calling March 13 for Headquarters phone number. Leah said she would figure it out and call us. NO CALL! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service! Crooked! Not our fault that we called numerous times and she said she would look in to it since March 13! AND I STILL DONT HAVE ANY MISSING SHINGLES! BBB! Ive been paying this office for years (about 15 yrs) for insurance, and this is our treatment?! Had a similar issue a year ago and Leah never followed up or called back!
