They sent me the wrong parts. It did not fit. If it fit, I would still return it. The quality is substandard--very weak and low quality. The company makes it very difficult to return anything. I have made many phone calls to Thule and FedEx, but they have provided little to no help. read more

I bought a THULE Laptop Backpack in 2005. Since then, I have used it NON-STOP-- for going to work every day, business travel, weekend getaway travel, backpacking (in pretty tough conditions), as checked baggage on commercial airlines. I have used and abused my THULE backpack relentlessly for 20 years... and today it looks as new as the day I bought it. The seams, zippers, elastic netting, plastic fasteners, built-in hard case for eyeglasses, the fabric itself is completely unscarred and unscathed. The build quality of this backpack is amazing! I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't experienced it for myself. I recommend THULE products to everyone I meet who is looking for travel and/or adventure gear. They sent my backpack without packaging, just put the shipping label on the dustcover. It was left outside my door in the rain so it was SOAKING WET because they were too cheap to package it correctly. Then when I called to discuss this problem, I was offered a discount on future purchases AS IF I WOULD ORDER ANYTHING FROM THULE AGAIN. Common sense is not so common anymore. read more
