I always enjoy my afternoons there. I recently read a post where someone was complaining because the center is closed on certain times and dates. Perhaps he should learn a little about the people and their religion before he decides they take off to many days. My thanks to the staff and volunteers.

Horrible lot . It's closed early and often. It is closed on all Jewish holidays, all federal…read moreholidays and every Saturday. It is basically closed 25% of the year. It also closes early every Friday and sometimes it inexplicably opens late and/or closes early on Sundays. It has a pool, but it is frequently booked for private parties or cannot be used because there's not a same-sex lifeguard on duty. It's also very small and people do not respect the lanes. They recently replaced all the equipment, but the new equipment is already malfunctioning. It's also all made by the same manufacturer, so if you don't like it, you're out of luck. Kids are constantly in the gym, hanging out and monopolizing equipment that they are not actually using. Calling staff enforcement of gym rules lax would actually be generous. The staff is more interested in socializing or exercising than actually doing their job. The locker rooms are often disgusting, with wet floors and clothes strewn about a common occurrence and there is no respect for boundaries or hygiene. Gym goers will sit on locker room benches completely nude, without even a towel, and think little or nothing of it. You pay a lot of money for a gym that can't be used because it's always either closed or just disgusting.

You will find the customers that purchase from the wine bar are allowed to sit in the food court and watch and enjoy their beverage. It is not someplace you'll find teenagers. More hard-working adults, who just need a place to relax and let their mind wander. Great if you have a book to read. Or just need to get some work done.

I feel sad writing this review, but I felt just as sad on my visit to the Marketplace at Steamtown…read more Years ago, when I line shopping took the world by storm, I remember the malls dying. It was a strange time. Since then, retailers have learned what works in a brick and mortar and what doesn't on. Most shopping centers bounced back, even if it was often with different types of shops. I'm really not sure what is going on here. The food court only had a few options open and so many empty booths. The mall itself was just dead and most of the people I saw coming and going were patrons of the crunch fitness. I thought perhaps it could have been the time of day that I visited, but it was incredibly busy outside, so I doubt it. Being a historic landmark, I really hope they figure out how to reconfigure this mall and increase business soon.

Upon arrival my fiancée and I were greeted by our pilot, Mark, as well as the owner and his wife. Very friendly and made us feel welcome! We didn't waste much time, and I had the privilege of watching pilot Mark do his pre-flight. He was very thorough and I could tell the bird was immaculately maintained. Shortly thereafter we were strapped in and on our way! Having only been my 2nd helicopter flight, I was geeking out the whole time, and Mark was on top of his game. Soon we were circling around the statue of liberty and on our way up the Hudson. Great views of the Freedom Tower and we went north, uptown and over the GWB before starting our return to Pittstown. Landing was flawless, came in with plenty of ground speed before smoothly exiting the active and calling it in. Pro. Pictures and words don't do it justice, this was one of the greatest experiences of my life!! Highly recommend stopping in for a quick flight (or lessons, or a license)!

Bought a flight lesson off of Cloud9Living for my bf's Birthday as a surprise. I had a choice for…read moreUpstate NY (45 mins away from home) or Pittstown location (1 hr and 50 minutes drive). Because of the reviews about the instructors...I went with the further location. Wade Krepps was our pilot and he was absolutely amazing. Off the bat, you can see his passion for flying and was easily sociable. My bf was nervous at first but with Wade's positive feedback and encouragement made the flight an excellent experience. Thank you Wade, you've made this experience a very memorable one. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family! OH! And the owner, Maria...was easily reachable. She gave me her personal number because I was a little worried about the weather last week. Also, we were running 10 minutes late. She was very accommodating about it as well.
