They claim to be experts in pricing for sale. Not so! They priced $2,000 artist signed vases for $30 for the pair. I sold my zero turn lawnmower for $3,000 before the sale. They wined that this would have brought a premium price. Truth is they did not sell any of the big ticket items except a $3,000 gun safe for $900 and high end twin beds for $200. Most everything sold was stuff you would sell in a neighborhood garage sale. I was very disappointed in Elite Estate Sales!!!

Not only did the owner's workers steal property from me, the owner still owes me a sizeable refund for breaking my contract, and never holding my (prepaid) sale. After she used threatening language, intimidated me into paying her (constantly increasing) charges in full, she canceled my contract and did not finish the job. I had to hire and pay others to finish my move. If owner gets stressed/upset, she yells at clients. She refused to return my landlord's key for ~2 weeks, then some guy showed up with it. She advertises "all female packers", but I'm pretty sure the two big people screaming at me when I was alone in my apartment (very intimidating for a single elderly female), because they were not being paid to work on a Sunday? I'm pretty sure those were guys. Her employees talk badly about her behind her back. Very unprofessional behavior all the way around. I fear she takes advantage of seniors, especially those with memory issues. No ethics, poor business practices, dishonest quotation process from beginning. *Buyer beware, BBB rank of "D", found other poor reviews. Only rated 2.3/5.0 on Yelp.
