I walked in (no appointment needed) and signed in on the sign-up sheet. A woman that worked there told me to "just sit down and they'll call you". I started to sit and before I got onto the chair they called me in. It was maybe 3 minutes from top to bottom! The person drawing the blood (wish I remembered her name...) literally had a needle in my vein immediately and got the blood she needed. The whole visit took about 10 minutes max! I can't say enough about how efficient it all was. Granted, they could be much busier at other times and it might take longer but I was impressed. A+

The nurses and doctors where fine the receptionists where fine as well. My problem is that they call it a hospital when it really is just a big urgent care facility. After blood work and testing the doctor said that they where not capable of diagnosing my sons problems as they do not have any specialty doctors on staff. What the heck no specialty doctors why even call yourself a hospital???????. The doctors said they where going to transfer him to Wexford Hospital. I do not get it they do thousands and thousands of dollars in tests only to say they can't do anything to help. Then to boot some one is paying for an ambulance to transfer him to the other hospital. If I was you I would avoid this so called hospital like the plague. I will be sure to never go here again. This is not a hospital so do not be fooled into thinking it is. If you have basic problems I am sure they can help, But anything remotely serous there is no way for them to help you. I must say again please do not go here unless you have no serious problems. With that said It was our fault for going here. I would normally give one star but the nurses and even the doctors where very nice even if they could not help. Normally for this level of care I would probably give 3-4 stars. Overall I will give 2 stars which is very generous.

They…read moredo not do the ultra sounds here so I have a script to go get it done else where they check all vitals do blood work and check my baby's heart. There are 6 different doctors here that will rotate so I meet them all they deliver out of penn hospital which ever doctor on call will be there. It would be nice if they were able to do everything all in one place of course not the delivery but everything else. We will see how I feel next visit. And I will be seeing a high risk doctor which is a specialist somewhere else.. I've now seen all the doctors here. I like most everyone I've met. They do listen and take there time. I saw a pa today Suzy I was not impressed she took forever to see me. Everyone else is awesome and the office staff are great too.

He spoke only to his student that was shadowing him rather than looking or addressing my daughter directly. She suffers from back pain due to a genetic hyper-mobility disorder and was referred for proper strengthening techniques that would not cause additional harm. Not only was he arrogant, he told her that her disorder did not exist because ballet dancers are hyper mobile and don't have back problems and then suggested that she see a rheumatologist for a different diagnosis. Apparently he feels that he knows more than trained physicians in the genetics field. He was dismissive in every way and either uneducated or uninterested in finding out more information about her pain. It was an embarrassing and upsetting situation for my daughter and a waste of much time and money. Proceed with caution. Frustrating and shockingly disappointing experience.
